I havent got one - but my friend has one on his salsa website...

I have tried to save it to my computer - but it creates a .php file which I cannot load or do anything with...

The only thing that I can think of is that I will temporarily link to his website and explain which photo has me on it...

You actually get to see me better than anyone else because I was bored and started doing different stuff... Therefore I was the only one facing the camera... if in doubt - look for the gold shoes...

There was a much duller side view of me at 7:45pm...

I can't actually see any improvement between the two photos - but I'm claiming the challenge points anyway.

I've just posted this over in the scoresheet.

March 15 10st 13.8 i.e. 153.8 which is 0 pounds lost this week, 13.2 pounds (7.90%) lost in total
ex. points: 14 points i.e. 2 every day
mini chall 1. 14 points i.e. 2 every day for food logs
mini chall 2. 12 points i.e. 2 every day for pushups (missing Sunday when I forgot)
mini chall 3. 7 points i.e. both pictures shared.

All the business about Good Friday being the end of the challenge means that I convinced myself that we must have another week to go after all - so I ended up having quite a high calorie day Thursday. Such is life!!! It means that I got no weight loss last week.

I will update the score sheet if I get a lower weighing on the alternative days between now on Sunday (when it closes) - but it makes sense for us all to update our score sheets now with the data as it currently stands. That way - if we have computer problems - we will be rewarded for all the work that we have done. I have known people have computer problems just at the worst time for a challenge...

Everyone should weigh today and post today - then weigh again and update it if you get better until it closes. Korrie has ruled that we have more than one opportunity to weigh so we are free to update it until the close.

Hey all, my total % lost was 5.81 I'm really happy with that! Especially as I was on a plateau for about three weeks. The weight is coming off again! yay

Great job everybody! I had a very early start to my day and did not weigh this morning. I will weigh tomorrow morning and report back. I was 324 a couple days ago, but my weight is still fluctuating a lot. I got 14 ex points, 7 picture points and 2 pushup points from tonight I did 4 sets of 5.

Thank you Omega, that's very sweet! I don't know how long I will stay distracted with my work project, but this has kept weightloss on my mind even when I haven't done great otherwise. I'll think on it and decide later today.

Omega, I had no intention of doing an hour of exercise every day and honestly did not think it was possible at the start of the contest. You motivated me to strive for that and not quit when it made me feel awful at first. Thanks for that!

:rotflmao: - I didn't even realise that!! And don't be too jealous, the Cherry Pepsi Max is...well, my husband tried it and said it tastes like arse. *lol* I only drink it because they don't have Cherry Coke Zero here, and because I want a change from the regular Pepsi Max. It's a treat for me, really. Now, if we still had Vanilla Coke over here.....yumyumyum. I loved that stuff. Do they still have that over there?

Nice work san. I see a difference.

We do have Vanilla Coke I believe. I never really drank it. We also have Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper which is extremely unarse flavored.
