Hi guys, how is everyone doing.

Well after a few weeks of basically no movement, I went on the scale this morning, wasn't expecting nothing much, would have been grateful for a pound or two considering how the past weeks were, but imagine my surprise 273.2lbs. :party:Well I weighed myself 3X for this, I cannot lie, I usually don't do this, but its' ....... 273.2lbs.
Yippee, a 6.4lbs loss, don't know what next week will bring, but I am happy right now and I am going to ride this wave for as far as it could take me.:cheers2::willy_nilly:

LOL if the limit has changed, I have a heap of extra exercise that I could claim points for... :biggrinjester:
 
Yes, 14 I was thinking total points 14+7. I fixed my inbox. If Steve would stop sending me nudies of himself I'd have room in my inbox.
 
LOL Steve should post the revealing pics in the proper forum places... His diary and the before / after and in-between area to brag on his success...

I just wanted to say that GOLD team are doing stunningly well. I am so proud of the results that every member of this team has posted.

Our results are excellent.

We are a prime example of how team games should be played - each member is working hard and doing all that they individually can.

Transparent has recorded an excellent weight loss for the past week - and it currently looks to me likely that she will be the person nominated to choose a mini challenge next week.

As a team - we should win this challenge if we keep on playing this way.
 
As far as I can work out there is no mini challenge this week. Poor Korrie was unwell. I'm sure there'll be one coming soon though for next week.
 
At the minute we are just collecting exercise points. No mini challenge has been announced...

Transparent has still reported more weight loss than anyone else last week - so should prepare herself for the possibility that Korrie will get in touch and ask for a mini challenge for everyone starting this coming Friday.

& I will be giving up chocolate for Lent! It's gonna be hard. - but I did it last year - So i can do this again!!!
Hopefully it helps me a bit after my naughty dieting days last weekend.
 
I'll not have any chocolate until Easter either...

It should make our final weighing on Good Friday an extra GOOD weighing.
 
Good for you guys,

This year I'm going the giving up meat route (if it walked on land). Still will have fish though.

I hope that I am able to do this, because goodness knows I LOVE MY PORK.:svengo:
 
I don't think that I could give up meat for that length of time... I love my pork loin steaks too... :piggy:
 
We are trying to do less meat. We have started meat free fridays (because meatless monday was too trendy - lol!) This past Friday we had portabello stroganoff - soooooo yummy! We still do meat (and dairy) other days of the week and we are upping our fish consumption. We can't do eggs at our house due to allergies.
 
Since the challenge runs right up until Easter - we can tell each other here how we are going with these extra things that we are giving up - even though we have no points riding on it.

Giving up eating something for Lent is a really powerful sign that we are in control of our eating now... Lets face it - we all got to the forum by not eating wisely for the amount of calories we were burning through exercise.
 
Hey guys - yay - coool that some of you are giving up things for Lent too! :)

Tomorrow is weigh in - this week is not gonna be a good one for me... i just feel it. I did let myself down.
I m back on the wagon - but need some time readjust....plus ToM is coming up. not helping.

On the bright side:
-GYM today!!! :)
-fresh veggie juice for dinner - i think my body was applauding me for giving some superfood :) after pigging out on stuff I shouldn't have pigged out on.
- I had NO chocolate so far...it's been 2 days :D - But I think i can do this.
