146.8 lbs.

Ate at midnight- had a slice of pizza.

Went early to the gym. Did walk an hour on the treadmill on an incline.

Planning to go to the gym later.
 
Had breakfast of an egg sandwich.

Lunch is late about 3 and it’s steamed broccoli and air fryer chicken breast.

Dinner I’m not sure yet. Depends if I’m hungry.

Went back to the gym yesterday and walked for an hour on the treadmill on an incline.

Today I missed my morning workout because I was too sore!!!

I’ll go later today!
 
Well I went to the gym in the afternoon and did two hours on the treadmill on an incline.

I also did strength training on my upper body and some ab work.
 
Well my weight is a bit up. Probably due to the pizza I ate last night.

Not working out today. Going to fast most of the day.
 
So back down to 146.0 lbs. Going to fast until dinner. My sister is making tacos. Yum can’t resist.

I’m not exercising today.

Finally back to a healthy BMI!!! Hopefully I stay here today. I’m not exercising. Fasting for breakfast and lunch (even though my sister is making burgers). Dinner is chicken thighs and ribs with sweet potato. I might have the spaghetti squash instead.

Today I’m fasting until dinner. I will have butternut squash and chicken with broccoli. I’m doing OMAD and it’s working for me. Since I started I haven’t binged or purged. There’s no need to. So I’m happy. Hopefully I don’t revert back to Bulimia.

Not exercising. I’m babysitting the twins until tomorrow. My sis went on a getaway to the coast. Tomorrow we r going to the lake to enjoy the warm weather.

I hope I’m 144 lbs tomorrow. This coming week I would like to reach 140 lbs by next Sunday. And it would be great if I’m in the 130s for my trip to Orlando on Jun 22nd. And I will try to eat better while I’m on my vacation.

130s for July, and hopefully 120s in August!!! 125 lbs by Labor Day. Looking forward to it!!!

I’m not exercising because I over eat because I get super hungry after a workout. So maybe this week I’ll exercise less, maybe an hour or less for cardio. And I’ll add in strength training.

143 lbs!!! Yay. Closer to goal!

Today we r going to the lake and bbqing there. I plan on eating 2 chicken wings and I plan on bringing my butternut squash. That’s the only meal I’m planning on having.

The water is too cold for me to go in.

I’m doing so good on my diet. Finally I’m in the lower 140s. Hope to be 142 lbs tomorrow!!!
 
I also had a bowl of cereal with almond milk and 4 slices of 45 cal wheat bread with mayo and butter.
 
For 2 days!!! It’s not the end of the world but it seems that last week I put so much effort into working out and fasting but now I feel not as motivated. And that leads to gaining weight for me. Even one day off. Now I have to start over again and lose pounds that I already lost.

I had curry chicken and potato, rice, and plantain for dinner. Lunch was a sandwich with salami. And madeleines.

I’m so scared to check my weight tomorrow. Oh well, try again!!!

I plan on getting up early tomorrow and make it to the gym even though I don’t want to. Then I’ll pack a bag and make it to the gym after I babysit. I’m planning on eating banana pancakes for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I’m not sure. I’ll probably skip lunch and just eat dinner since the pancakes will hold me over. I’ll eat dinner before I hit the gym to give me some energy. After I workout out I’ll eat a pb sandwich.

Today I’m fasting for breakfast and lunch. My mom will be fasting too. She went to her pcp and she told her to lose some weight.

I wanted to exercise this morning but couldn’t wake up. I will try to go this evening but it’s a beautiful day.
 
Well I ended up going to the gym and walked on an incline for 15 minutes. I hope I can get up early tomorrow and go.

For dinner I had shrimp, a little curry chicken, steamed cabbage, and a salad.
