For 2 days!!! It’s not the end of the world but it seems that last week I put so much effort into working out and fasting but now I feel not as motivated. And that leads to gaining weight for me. Even one day off. Now I have to start over again and lose pounds that I already lost.
I had curry chicken and potato, rice, and plantain for dinner. Lunch was a sandwich with salami. And madeleines.
I’m so scared to check my weight tomorrow. Oh well, try again!!!
I plan on getting up early tomorrow and make it to the gym even though I don’t want to. Then I’ll pack a bag and make it to the gym after I babysit. I’m planning on eating banana pancakes for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I’m not sure. I’ll probably skip lunch and just eat dinner since the pancakes will hold me over. I’ll eat dinner before I hit the gym to give me some energy. After I workout out I’ll eat a pb sandwich.
