I think most people's motivation goes up and down all the time. I'm sure you'll get back into your groove soon. Do you think maybe it was too much last week? Maybe finding a bit more of a balance would help your motivation stay more even. Just a thought, but I don't really think a couple days off will be too terrible in the long run. You're doing great!
 
Well I ended up going to the gym and walked on an incline for 15 minutes. I hope I can get up early tomorrow and go.

For dinner I had shrimp, a little curry chicken, steamed cabbage, and a salad.
That all sounds pretty positive! :)
 
Yes, I think I did too much last week. But I think I’m back having the motivation to fast and workout.

Yesterday I also had a bowl of cereal and 2 slices of bread with mayo and butter.

Today I’m fasting again until dinner. I am at 145.0 this morning.

I plan on going to the gym after lunch. I have my shows downloaded on my iPad so I can watch it while I’m walking.
 
So I made it to the gym and walked on an incline for an hour on the treadmill.

Looking forward to dinner. Brown pork with salad and cabbage.
 
I think you are still doing your best. You are trying more than I can. I admire you Vic J
My experience is that for a year I tried to lose weight by consuming less calories than my body needs.
I weigh what food I eat and I fast a day sometime. But when breaking the fasting I overeat J
Anyway! it is always hard to keep on.
Since a month I started drinking tea to detox my body. And it has helped me to lose already 25 pounds. You can try it. Honestly, I highly recommend.

145.2 lbs!!!

Finally back to a healthy BMI!!! Hopefully I stay here today. I’m not exercising. Fasting for breakfast and lunch (even though my sister is making burgers). Dinner is chicken thighs and ribs with sweet potato. I might have the spaghetti squash instead.

We must be about the same height ☺️ Just went through the same milestone myself a few weeks ago! Great job with your recent progress!!

Today I walked for an hour on an incline on the treadmill. I upped the incline for about 20 min. Then I put it back down. Forgot to wear my apple watch to check my heart rate. Didn’t want to go above 90%. Don’t know what it was.
 
Well today I’m at 144.0 lbs.

I’m planning on fasting today. Going to the beach. Hopefully I can resist the food. My sister will be there and she usually convinced me to eat some food.
 
143.2 lbs!!!

Today I’m eating dinner only. Curry pork and roti!!! Yummy!!!

I’m not exercising today. Busy with my family. Will go tomorrow for sure.

I’m 20 lbs lighter than I was last year. I feel better and my clothes fit better.

I hope I’m 142 lbs tomorrow. It would be my lowest weight in awhile.

Today I’m still at 143.0 lbs. I fasted till dinner. I had ground turkey and spaghetti squash.

I went to the gym and did an hour walk on the treadmill on an incline.
 
I weighed in at 143.0 lbs this morning. I had to get up super early to go take my mom to her appointments.

I made it to the gym and walked an hour at the highest incline on the treadmill. 15 %. Slowly at 3.0 mph. Tomorrow I’m gna increase my speed.

Tomorrow I have to wake up super early again to take my brother for his medicine. Then on Thursday I have to babysit. Then on Friday I have to take my car for an oil change. Then Sat I’m leaving early for my vacation to Disney World. Stay there for a week.

141.8 lbs!!!

Today I’m just eating dinner. Going to a restaurant in Boston and watching a show at the theater.

I have to take my brother to the VA at Bedford. Then to a dispensary in Lowell. Then I’m planning on going to the gym before I have to leave.
 
I walked on the treadmill on an incline for 30 min. Had stuff to do. Waiting for dinner. Hopefully I don’t overeat this evening.

I see you were weighing in at 143lbs with the desire to lose about 25 pounds (118lbs goal) and I can see you are currently at 141lbs. I'm not nutritionist expert, but you have to burn more calories than you consume. Once you are in a calorie deficit, you will be able to burn that weight, but you have to stay very active and super careful on what you eat. Currently at your weight, you are not that large of a person, and usually the smaller the person, the more complex it may get as when you are a bigger person like me, weight starts melting off like better because it takes more calories for my body to function over someone that is smaller in size weight wise. However, not all weight is pure fat, sometimes it can relate to bone density or muscle gain. If you are trying to burn body fat, cardio and veggies with protein try to stay away from super fatty foods and carbs. If you are trying to build muscle, you need more resistance training and lots of protein but gaining muscle usually adds weight but decreases body fat.

140.8 lbs!!!

Today I went to the gym and walked a little bit faster on the highest incline on the treadmill for an hour. There is always room for improvements!!!

I am leaving in a couple of days for vacation. I’m wondering if the place we will be staying at will have a treadmill. I know there is a club house. Well I hope so. Doing so good on my exercise. Even my diet.

Yesterday I went out to a restaurant and I just drank water! I had a little bit of all the apps. (We just ordered apps.). Did not have dessert. I hope I can limit what I eat on my vaca. My family loves to eat. I plan on just eating once a day regardless of what anyone says. Even though I will miss breakfast!!! But I really want to get and remain in the 130s. Plus I won’t have a scale to check my weight. Which I do daily. For the entire week. I do plan on staying active. The house will have a pool so I plan on swimming. I can’t go for a walk outside because I’m scared of alligators.
 
Went to the gym and walked for an hour.

Had a late lunch of ground turkey and spaghetti squash.

My get a dinner of salad and chicken.
