Vic’s Weight Loss

So at 148.8 lbs.

Today I plan on drinking fluids all day. I am drinking slim fast. Hopefully I can do this today. My mom is coming tonight. I tend to eat more when she’s around. This time though I’ll try to do better.

I wouldn't say messed up. I feel like a broken record but I always say that the more strict you try to be, the more your body will crave the things you are denying it.

Don't be hard on yourself for having garlic bread!
 
Well tomorrow I won’t be checking my weight. I will be up most of the night. Then I have to babysit early in the morning. I don’t know about my diet. I hope that I stay under 150 by Saturday. Hopefully!!!
 
So I ended up checking my weight this morning and I’m at 150.2 lbs. So not as bad as I thought. Was kind of scared to go on the scale.

Today I’m by my sister to help my mom babysit. I’m back on IF or OMAD. I want to reach back to 149.6 lbs to maintain my 7 lbs weight loss for the month.

I should be fine. This time I’m going to be in control of what goes in my mouth. I won’t blame my mom, my sister, or anyone for my eating.

It would be great to be 147 lbs by the end of May.
 
150.8 lbs.

Today I went to the gym and walked on an incline for an hour. Felt so good to exercise again. I’ll try to go to the gym in the early morning before I go to babysit the twins. And I’ll try to go again in the evening.

This week I’m trying the 5:2 IF. So today I’m fasting. Maybe taking in less than 500 cal for the day. I hope to be 149.6 lbs before the 1st.

I did not get to go to the gym this morning. Slept in.

Plan on going later if I’m not tired of babysitting the twins. I don’t know how moms do it!!!

You can do this! You're not alone in your journey. Keep your eyes on that victory at the end of the trail. I'm going to weigh myself today, I think. We'll see how I've done so far, and I look forward to seeing your progress as well! :)
 
So I ended up going to the gym and walked on an incline on the treadmill for an hour. I would love to get up and go to the gym tomorrow morning early before babysitting.

I am doing good on my fasting today. It’s 630 pm and just had one coffee with creamer, some coffee and tea with almond milk. I hope I make it til I fall asleep. If I can fall asleep since I’m not taking my sleeping pills anymore.
 
148.2 lbs!!!

Yay!!! I made it to the gym early this morning. I walked on the treadmill on an incline for an hour. I’ll try to go later today after I babysit the twins.

Today I’m planning on having a scrambled egg for breakfast. Lunch I’m not sure yet. I do have some romaine lettuce I’ll bring with me with canned tuna. Dinner I’m not sure yet.

I’m also going to drink a lot of liquids today.
 
It's important to drink lots during warm weather! (At least, its warm here :p) And good job on going to the gym early!
 
I went back to the gym and walked on the treadmill on an incline for an hour. I increased the incline and the speed. Today I had over 20k steps.

Hopefully I go early in the morning. Maybe do some strength training. Tomorrow I’m gna try to fast all day.

On Friday we r going out to eat for dinner to a restaurant.

Well I was planning on fasting today. But I’m hungry so I’m having breakfast. It’s going to be my banana protein pancakes with the whipped topping. I’m craving them. Lunch I might have another canned tuna with lettuce and salsa.

I made it to the gym and walked on the treadmill on an incline for an hour. I also strength trained my upper body. Not much so later I’ll do the machines. I plan on going to the gym later after babysitting.
 
Well I went back to the gym this evening and walked on the treadmill on an incline for an hour. Then I stretched.
 
147.0 lbs.

I’m down 9.4 lbs for May. Hopefully I do better in June.

Last night I ended up eating some chicken tenders.

Did not make it to the gym this morning. I will not have time today but that’s fine I need the rest.
 
So today I’m at 149.2 lbs. I tried to eat less at dinner yesterday but could not help myself plus I had alcohol. Oh well this new month I’m gna try harder. On the 22nd we r going to Orlando for a vacation so it’s gna be hard to eat less with everyone there. So my plans are to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Not sure it can be done but I’m gna try by eating less and hitting the gym.

I might go to the gym later if I do go. I’m hanging with my mom today.

Going to fast until dinner. Which will be baked pork and salad. Will not eat the rice. It’s by my sister of course.

I am planning on going to the gym later if I can make it.
 
I went back to the gym and did an hour walk on the treadmill on an incline. I did an ab machine.

I also walked about a mile with my sis, twins, and mom this morning.
