I think that's something that a lot of people, if not everyone, struggles with. Being too hard yourself is only going to make things harder. I think if you can step out of that moment when you feel like you failed or made a mistake, and ask yourself "am I still on the right track?" "do my couple of missteps define my journey?" etc. Questions like that, that you really have to be actively thinking about, are going to help you manage dealing with those moments of "failure" and help keep you level headed, with your eyes on the prize. Just always be active in thinking about your eating and exercising habits, and you will gain a new perspective on the body, mind and health and fitness.Kind of Marc. I’m trying to do IF or OMAD. Some days I’m fine. But you are right I am hard on myself because I feel as if I should not be struggling to lose weight. It is hard.
