Vic’s Weight Loss

Well today im at 135.0 lbs.

i had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and my coffee with creamer from heavenly for breakfast. Figured that’s enough calories for my entire day. So I skipped lunch and dinner. I did have another coffee with almond milk and Splenda in the afternoon.
 
Oh. Oh. well -, back to it, and cheering you on, and may tomorrow have good nutrition (and maybe a bit more spread out over the day?) :)
 
Ended up eating 2 carne asada tacos for dinner. So def above calories needed for the day! I will try to have a lite breakfast tomorrow.
 
Well no b/p yesterday.

Today I’m at 134.6 lbs. Lunch is going to be 2 tacos from chipotle. Planning on going to church later.

Ended up getting hot coffee and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. Got it home and then got burned from it. It took skin off. got that taken care of. Then I went for dinner by my sis. Season rice, pork, and zucchini. I took some home for tomorrow. My burn feels better now. I’ll apply some more ointment and put fresh gauze on for tonight. Did not purge even though I felt like doing it. Still kinda early here. Hopefully I make it through today.
 
Ended up going to urgent care because it was blistering. They just drained it, applied antibiotic, and sent me on my way. Glad that I went.
 
No purge is good, sounds like you had to fight off the temptation, good for you!

Take care of those burns, they sound painful.
 
Oh, Vic! That burn sounds horrible - taking the skin off is serious. :( I'm glad you went to get care. Hugs, if that's okay.
 
Yeah the pain is gone but it looks terrible.

135.2 lbs. I had an egg and cheese on a Portuguese muffin. I’m planning on going to the gym. Haven’t been in awhile.
 
Did 60 min on treadmill walking on an incline. I tried to go as fast as I could but it was still slow. Thinking about going back later today.
 
This week I am trying to reach 132 by Saturday. I plan on exercising everyday. Twice a day if possible. Cardio and strength training. Eatingwise depends on today. If I can make it to bedtime just eating one meal a day which will be an egg on cheese on either English or Portuguese muffin then I’ll do that everyday this week. If I do get hungry though I’ll have sweet potato fries.
 
I think 132 by the weekend is very achievable - watch out for cheese, though. I know it is a downfall for me. :( Sweet potato fries could be a bit of a game-wrecker, too.
 
Just came back from the gym. Did an hour on the treadmill on an incline. Came back and had a vitamin water. I’m going to get up earlier tomorrow and go to the gym. Then get my breakfast. Then I have to go by my sis and let the exterminator in at noon. Maybe hit the gym after.

Today I had an egg and cheese on Portuguese muffin. I also had some mangu, egg, sausage and cheese. Planning on going to the gym soon.
 
I did 45 min on the treadmill walking a little faster and lower incline. Couldn’t push myself more. Maybe because I was full. I ran about 7 min.

Planning on going later even though right now I don’t feel like it.
 
Well I have my ticket for Jan 2 to go home to St Croix. Can’t wait to see my mom. She has lost a lot of weight. She just completely lost her appetite after her stroke. She is not even cooking. My brother buys food and she just eats a little.

Are you from St Croix? Very exotic. The closest I have gotten is St Thomas, and a sailing vacation once to the BVI.
