Vic’s Weight Loss

132.6 lbs. I did have breakfast of bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta from Panera bread. Planning on skipping lunch. Dinner is a salad. So no IF today. did not get my coffee from heavenly because it was a long line at the drive through. Don’t know if I’ll make it the church. I’m having My roof repair today so I don’t know when they will finish.
 
Hey Vic, I see you are just 0.6 lbs from goal, that is great. And your eating looks good.

Still the same weight. 132.6 lbs. This week I would like to lose 2.8 lbs. Getting me into the 120s! I would like to fast. No fast food. No Panera!

Today I’m trying to fast. I do have to go to my sis for the mangu she is saving for me. She is making it for breakfast but I still have the roofers. So she said she will save me some.

Be careful Vic, in my experience my attempts at fasting often ended in binges. I know you are doing the IF thing, which is different from longer fasting. If by fasting you mean "No fast food" I can certainly get behind that!

I sure hope you lose the 2.8 lbs this week, that would be great. But even better would be sticking to a healthy sustainable diet. I know you can do it!
 
So I ended up eating a late lunch at my sis. I had a littl rice, brown chicken, avocado and salad. Just a little. Then I had one chocolate cookie. So not to bad for today!
 
Well I’m not going to reach my goal this week. Had some fried raviolis for dinner. Lunch was fiesta lime chicken from Applebee’s which I got for free. Then I also had a blondie and a bahama mama. So I don’t want to check my weight tomorrow. Today I was about 133.4 lbs or so.

What really matters is that you are healthy, you didn't b/p (I think you didn't anyway) and you have a plan to get to your goal. The day you get there isn't so important. Or shouldn't be.
 
Yup, 133.4 lbs!!!

This morning I had my Jamaican me crazy coffee. I’m skipping breakfast. Lunch I’m having 2 chicken tacos from chipotle. Dinner will be baked sweet potato fries. Exactly what I had yesterday.
 
Amy, it’s just flavored brewed coffee. Not the shots. I get it black and add in almond milk and Splenda.
