Vic’s Weight Loss

We’ll today I’m at 135.4 lbs.

i had breakfast of an egg and a ham slice. Then I went over to my sister for lunch. I had baked pork, rice, beans, zucchin, broccoli, and a salad. I also had a glass of sangria. Dinner I’m skipping.

I made it to the gym and did an hour on the incline. I probably burned about 550 cal. I couldn’t push myself more. maybe because I ate a full lunch beforehand. I also strength trained my biceps and triceps.

tomorrow I am going to a late breakfast with my sis since it is her birthday. So I’ll pack my bags and go to the gym after that.
 
You seem to have a nice balance happening, Vic of food & exercise & are getting the rewards you deserve xo
 
I’m at 137.0 lbs this morning. I ended up going to a late breakfast with my sisters. I had an omelette made with 3 eggs, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Some home fries and half a pancake. I also had a pineapple upside down cake martini!

Did not eat anything else for the day and I’m still stuffed. Did not make it to the gym. This week I’m free so I won’t be seeing anyone. So i can just get back to losing weight.

I decided that I will try to eat more vegetables this week. I have cauliflower, eggplant, brussel sprouts, and asparagus.

Tomorrow morning I’m getting my furniture. So right now I’m cleaning up.
 
A week to concentrate exactly and precisely on your own goals! :hurray: Losing weight and eating vegetables and cleaning up and taking delivery of furniture - it all sounds good!
 
138.8 lbs.

For breakfast I had mushrooms and zucchinI. Lunch is going to be asparagus and eggplant. Dinner is going to be Brussel sprouts. Not planning on going to the gym

I’m at 136.0 lbs!!!

Today I’m eating veggies again. Breakfast is going to be zucchini and a little mushroom. Lunch is going to be eggplant and asparagus. Dinner is going to be cauliflower. If I’m hungry I have ham, turkey bacon, cheese sticks, and egg. And salad stuff. I’m usually fine for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is a struggle.

I might go to the gym later. Yesterday went well.
 
lol... i just checked out Club 150 as a preview if i get there and you were the only person posting for over a year... looks like you're well out of that one, though... :)

congrats...! ... have you seen the Pumpkin season string? you seem to be vegetable oriented.

Just came back from the gym. Did an hour walking on an incline. Also did some upper body strength training.
 
I also had a scrambled egg, a cheese stick and 3 ham slices for the day in addition to my veggies.

As always I’m drinking lots of coffee and tea with almond milk and Splenda. I also drink a lot of diet soda throughout the day.

I’m at 135.6 lbs. I was expecting a bigger loss!

Today I’m going to Panera bread for breakfast.
 
Had a bacon, over easy egg, and cheese on ciabatta. My favorite breakfast. I even ate all of the bread. But I’m still hungry. Dont know if I’ll make it to lunch.
 
Well today I’m at 134.4 lbs.

Today I skipped breakfas. Lunch was 2 tacos with carne asada and corn and hot salsa. From chipotle. I also am drinking a Jamaican me crazy hot coffee from heavenly.

Today I skipped breakfast and lunch. I did have an extra large iced coffee Jamaican me crazy with extra cream and Splenda. Dinner I’m having with my sister and her family after mass. I’ll try not to eat too much.

This next week I’m trying to get into the 120s!
