Yeah,I had a great time!

136.2 lbs. I’m having breakfast today. Eggs and veggies. Lunch I’m having shrimp and zoodles. Dinner the same. I hope I reach 135 lbs tomorrow and my 1GW On Saturda.
 
Looks like another new low, and getting close to your goal 1!
 
Yes it is! Lunch was zoodles and airfryed chicken breast tenders. I had a snack of cheese stick and also a half a tortilla with half a slice of cheese (Still had some left. The other halves are still there). Breakfast was veggies including zucchini and one slice of turkey bacon. ive been drinking coffee with almond milk. Dinner I am not sure yet what im having. I hope I’m 135 something tomorrow!
 
Zoodles are delicious. it’s zucchini.

Last night I went to the gym. Finally opened. Did an hour on the treadmill walking on an incline. I did the highest incline. Then I did some upper body strength training. Felt good.

then I came back late. Could not sleep. So I ended up eating a late night meal. Tortillas, cheese, chicken breast. Just was tempted. So now I don’t have any more tortillas or jalapeno cheese.

so today I’m at 136.4 lbs. which is great Considering.

breakfast was 2 egg whites and a yolk. And 2 turkey bacon.
 
I went to the gym and did 30 min walking on treadmil. I was sore this morning.

Lunch was ground turkey and butternut squash. Dinner will be the same.
 
136.2 lb. Well I went to Panera bread for breakfast. I had a bacon, egg,and cheese on ciabatta bread. And a coffee. If I can I’m skipping lunch. Dinner I’m going to Alex birthday party. So I’ll eat there. I think my sis is making roast pork. I won’t eat the rice. I’ll try not to drink wine.

Good for you, Vic! That's great that it finally opened. Everything must be brand new. I like the incline walking too. You can really get a good workout with the incline setting high. I think a lot of people forget about that or don't use it but it can really get your blood pumping and provide significant benefits. Keep it up!
 
Yes I had great time. I did end up having a glass of white wine. And I did not eat too much.

Today I’m at 136.4 lb. for breakfast I got an egg bacon and cheese on ciabatta at Panera bread. I missed lunch. Dinner was chipotle. 2 chicken tacos with corn salsa.

i did make it to mass at 4.

ill start going to the gym on Monday.
 
So I’m at 137.8 lbs. had a binge yesterday with mashed potatoes and chicken that I had i leftover.
I made it to the gym and did half an hour walking on incline.
 
I also did 20 minutes of Zumba on YouTube.
Tomorrow I will work on my eating. I also have my periodontal dentist check up on my gums.
I’m going to try to make it an hour on the treadmill.
 
137.8 lbs.

Today I’m fasting for the entire day. If I can... it’s about 130 and I’m not hungry. Not planning on going to the gym. i usually eat at nights and that ruins my entire day efforts. So tonight I’m going to try to sleep earlier than usual.

my gums are great. A lot better than 2 weeks ago. So I just have to keep it up. i switched from waxed floss to unwaxed floss. It kinda hurts but the tech says its better. Looked it up on the internet and it said there is no difference and it’s preference.
 
Hi Vic Just catching up on your diary . You are really doing well . Need some of your enthusiasm for exercise .

135.4 lbs! A new low! The fast went well. Towards the end I was craving food but I stuck it out. Today I’m not sure what I’m eating. Egg and turkey bacon for breakfast. Lunch is chicken and asparagus. Dinner might be the same.
