So my sis cancelled going out to dinner after mass. So I just went home. Not hungry now. But will have a sandwich later. I ended up going to the grocery store and got some items that were on sale.

She did invite me to go to Browns tomorrow. It’s a seafood place so I’ll get the steamers.

So I’m at 134.0 lbs.

for breakfast I had a grilled cheese sandwich with coffee with almond milk.
 
Or fresh tomato, sliced thinly, with some fresh green herb, like parsley or coriander - I like the colour contrast, and it makes my plate look more gourmet. :)
 
Great suggestions that I’ll use on my next grocery shopping.

136.6 lbs. Ate a lot yesterday. Today I had a Panera breakfast of a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta bread. I bought a Jamaican me crazy coffee black and when I got home I added in almond milk and Splenda to reduce the calories.

The rest of the day I’m fasting by drinking broth.
 
Well today I’m at 137.0 lb. So this morning I had one beignet. Then now I’m back to fasting. Gave in yesterday so today I’m trying again.

This morning I also had a Jamaican me crazy coffee and added in some almond milk and Splenda.

I did not have anything else to eat today. I hope I can sleep tonight. I drank soda and coffee with almond milk and Splenda. And vitamin water. I actually did not have any cravings. Mostly because I was busy today.

I hope I can do this again tomorrow minus the beignet. Depends on if I do sleep after I take my ambien and other medications. I’ll take them about 9 and try to sleep early.

Hard to beat a good beignet, have you been to the French Market in New Orleans for beignets? If they didn't invent them they certainly made them famous. Not a good diet food but one now and then is probably fine.

134.0 lbs! Yesterday I did end up eating one slice of raisin bread.

Today I’m fasting again. Drinking the Jamaican me crazy coffee with almond milk and Splenda.
 
I made it to the gym and did half an hour walking on an incline. Will try to go back tomorrow.

I‘m at 134.4 lbs. Ended up eating late last night. Today I’m starting my day with a jaimacan me crazy coffee. I wanted to get a croissant but decided not to at the last minute. I’m skipping breakfast but will have lunch and dinner. I guess I’m doing IF today. I’ll just eat later than usual and keep dinner really late so I don’t get up and eat.
 
132.8 lbs. I think that’s a new low.

Today I’ll do the same as yesterday. Eating a late lunch and late dinner. Maybe skip the gym today and go tomorrow.
 
So I made it to dinner by my sis without eating. I had some rice with stew chicken. And salad. I also had one glass of wine. So I did good. No b/p. But I did have cravings the whole day. Thinking about a pepperoni pizza. New York slice. Yum!!!

I also have leftovers that I’ll eat after church tomorrow. If we don’t go anywhere. I plan on doing IF tomorrow. Just lunch and dinner late.
