Yes I’m from St Croix. You know a lot, Rob, and you seem to have traveled a lot of places.

I went for a 4.3 mile walk around the lake. It was cold and raining. But I still did it. Planning on going back to the gym later.
 
Went back to the gym and walked on an incline for an hour. I did better than earlier today. when I came back I had a peach yogurt.

Tomorrow I’m planning on having a yogurt for breakfast before I go to the gym.

Oh, I can feel how keen you are to see your mother - I hope that the sight of you heartens her appetite - I bet it will! :)
 
I don’t know my weight. I had three different readings.

I did go back to get my egg and cheese on a Portuguese muffin. And this time I got creamer with my Jamaican me crazy coffee. I was planning on the yogurt. I’ll try again tomorrow.

I went to the gym and only did 37 min on the treadmill. On a high incline at times but I did go at a steady pace. Don’t know if I’m going back later.
 
So at 135.0 lbs today. My efforts at losing weight isn’t doing good. I seem to be eating at maintenance maybe because I’ve been eating the sweet potato fries at night.

So today I had a yogurt for breakfast. Lunch I had a steak taco from Moes. Then I had some veggie chips. I had a hot coffee with creamer. Not planning on eating any more for the day.

Tomorrow I’m going by my sister for dinner. I think it will be tacos.

I bought salad stuff to make instead of going out and eating food. That’s probably why I’m not losing anything. Maybe my breakfast of the sandwich with the Portuguese muffin.
 
Not planning on going to the gym today. I seem to eat more when I go. Especially night eating. So today my only goal is not to eat after six. No almond milk, no calories!!! Then I’ll eat my breakfast depending on when I wake up. I’ve been sleeping in this past week. I would love to get up earlier. Maybe 7 or so. Tomorrow I’ll put an alarm on so I can try to get up!!!

Then tomorrow my only goal is not to go out and eat. If I want anything I’ll have to eat it at home. If I do crave anything then I’ll go to the grocery store and get it. Then make it home.
 
That all sounds really good, Vic! The cutting out of night eating, the early morning, and maybe best of all, not going out to eat - there's so many traps in eating out!
 
Yes, Tru, very informative. I will try to put it into practice starting tomorrow.

Today I forgot to weigh myself. So I ended up having a coffee with creamer and Splenda. Then I had dinner with my sis. Probably overate.
 
134.2 lbs. So not too bad!!!

Had breakfast of a coffee with creamer and a slice of raisin bread with butter. I had another coffee with creamer from DD. Not planning on going to the gym. I don’t know yet what I’m having for dinner. Maybe fish and salad.

Tomorrow I’m going to mass in the afternoon. Might skip the gym and begin again on Sun. Then Tuesday is my birthday so going out or maybe something by my sister. Then Thursday is thanksgiving. i can’t wait until the first of dec. I have lots of bills to pay. I just bought the kids their gifts for Christmas off of amazon. I paid off my phone and iPad. So my cell phone bill can be less.
 
Pretty good, for the morning after a sociable dinner - and more socialising coming up, too - sounds like lovely family times all week! :)

Had a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant and a hot coffee with extra creamer and Splenda from DD. Went to mass. Then went to see the Christmas lights at the zoo. Not planning on eating anything else today. It’s night now anyways. Just wanna go to bed. I think my medicine is causing me to sleep longer than before. It’s a struggle to get up In the morning.

Vic, I know you want to lose more weight and I think that would be great, but for you maintaining with no b/p is wonderful progress. You should be happy with yourself.
 
Doing better today. Yeah maintenance is better than gaining especially with no purging. I’m happy with that. Everyday is a struggle.

Today I’m at 134.4 lbs. I had baked haddock with butternut Squash and potatoes for lunch. I also had a hot coffee with creamer and Splenda from DD.
 
Maintaining without binging & purging is excellent, Vic. That is something to be really happy about xo

do you separate eggs? at least half the yolks in every dozen i buy go down the drain.

if you're scrambling them and miss the yellow color, crack open one of the yolks and add half.

unfortunately when it comes to French toast, little can be done about the bread without impacting the taste.
 
No I did not separate the eggs. Didn’t even think about doing that.

Today I’m trying to fast all day. Easier said than done. So I’ll just take it one meal at a time. So far I’m good on not eating breakfast. All I had was a Diet Coke. Almost lunch time.
