Today I skipped breakfast. I had a 2 chicken soft taco from Chipotle. Prob have another steak one later for dinner. Ended up having an English muffin with butter and some blood pudding with one low carb tortilla.

I have to pick up my bro in a little while.

Did 30 min of cardio.

I went to the pool and just had a good time.

Hi, Vic. I love soft tacos. We're going to have another go at making them soon. The gluten-free stuff you buy is usually so dry.
I hope your brother looks after himself better. Will your Mum stay with you when she comes for her visit?
 
Hi, Cate! No my mom will not stay with me. She stays with my older sis I. She has an in-law suite. A much nicer place. Plus my sis always makes sure my mom has something to eat.
 
I didn't think she did but I thought your new place might suit her better than your last. I love how close your family is!

Today I woke up and did a 45 min workout on apple fitness video. Did another 45 min treadmill workout on AF. Late night I did another 45 min treadmill workout on AF. I sleep really late so I figured might as well do a workout while waiting to sleep.

Skipped breakfast and lunch to eat later. My BIL grilled. I had a burger with cheddar cheese no bun. A little carrots and potato. A little cabbage mix. Also, a watermelon, cucumber annd feta salad. And I did have a shot of Bacardi. And only one marshmallow. Late night I had half a burger with cheese no bun, half a low carb tortilla, salmon and a fried chicken flat.

Today I woke up early. Walked for a 45 min doing an apple fitness workout video. I’m feeling good.

Going to Chunkys with my family at noon to watch Despicable Me 4. I might have to get something. I just had a Diet Pepsi.

Went to a restaurant after. I just had an arugula salad with beets, grilled chicken breast, pepitas and burata which is a kind of cheese. And one white Sangria. And later in the evening I had a couple of steak tip and some fries.

Had a huge churro macaroon that my sis I got me this morning. Also had a glazed donut in the evening.

My sisters want to go see the fireworks tonight in Methuen but I don’t. So prob will not go. Hate the traffic.

Midnight I’m still up. I just did an hour of walking on my treadmill watching a Netflix show. Feeling good. I’m getting up early tomorrow to try and get a workout in.

We r going to the lake tomorrow. I am making a potato salad. Have everything ready. I just have to put the mayo and mix everything together.

It sounds like a pleasant weekend, Vic. I'm with you in hating traffic. I had almost forgotten what traffic was like until our recent day trip to Melbourne & we didn't even go right into the city 🫣

Slept late and woke up late. Got some more sleep in because the lake was full and we couldn’t get reservations so my sis is having the grill out by her place.

Taking a break from exercising today. Maybe will try to sleep earlier. I have to go to Bedford early tomorrow and prob lots of traffic.

At my sis I place. She just made me a mojito. And an app of caprese salad. Had a half a rib. 2 chicken pinchos. And 3 pieces of bread and cake. Late night I had an ice cream sandwich.

Going to bed at 10 pm tonight. Hope I can fall asleep because I’m planning on getting up at 6 am. To do a workout before I leave.

Yes, it was Cate.

Yesterday I had a bacon, egg and cheese with an English muffin. Then at BK had a French toast sticks. Then my sis called about going to a late lunch. Had a Q Ben which was bbq pork. Then dinner late was a sausage. Had a creamy cocktail berry cream. Then later I had a glass of cranberry apple wine.

Did not workout. Fell asleep about 9. Then bro woke me up at 10. Couldn’t fall asleep until around 11 pissed me off. Woke up late today. Tonite I’ll try for 9 pm again

Have to put together my exercise bench. So many pieces. I’ll do it after my bro appt.
 
What kind of exercise bench did you get? Having someone wake you up and then not being able to fall asleep again is the wooorst.

I got a bench that’s adjustable. It also has a piece where I can do ab work. Still not put together. Maybe do it when I get back from my appt later today.

I’ll do a workout later today. Been slacking.

Slept a little later but I did wake up feeling refreshed. Today I’m not going to nap. Which will be easy since I have a lot of stuff to do. Want to be in bed by 10 pm.
Skipping breakfast and lunch. Since I’m eating late night.

Made a birthday cake protein shake in the afternoon and one gen Tso shrimp.

Slept a lot today. But I did put my bench together finally. Can’t wait to use it.

Made curry beef with rice. Had flapjacks.

Tomorrow I have a facial.

I’ll start back working out too.
 
Sleep is the best. Not sure about facials because I don't like people touching my face but I hope you enjoy it. Have fun with the new bench!
