Woke up early as planned! Went to the gym and did the Precor machine for an hour. Planning on going back later.

This morning I have to take my bro to Bedford. And then to Hmart for Korean short ribs.
Breakfast was one scoop of chocolate protein With coffee and almond milk ice shake. Late lunch was 1/2 cup southwestern cauliflower rice with mushrooms, 2 oz chicken breast, cilantro, and spring onions. Yum, was delicious. Dinner I split it into two- 4 jumbo shrimp with southwestern cauliflower rice with mushrooms, spring onions, and cilantro. Ate half and ate the rest later. So not to be tempted by the bread. Lost the battle. Going to have one slice of 45 cal bread with butter.
Went back to gym and walked for 30 min on a slight incline. Did a 20 min Latin dance af videos.
