So I went to bed at 2330 last night and woke up at 500 this morning. Went to workout and tried something a little different today. Instead of going for a certain rep count, I went off time. Since that is how my bootcamps are going to be setup, I figured I should try it out also. I went 30 sec on and 30 off. I dont think Ill go back to rep counting for awhile.
Heres some of what I did:
Sandbag Clean, Front Squat, Mil Press - 5x30 sec
Sandbag Good Morning - 3x30 sec
Inverted Row - 3x30s
Jump Rope - 3x30s
Sand Pillow Single Arm Clean & Press - 2x30s
Lunge & Curl - 3x30sec
There may have been more but I cant remember for sure. C'mon Rich, wheres the bag training?
Some diet info for the day:
0500 - Caffeine pill, 1 sausage link
0645 - 40g whey, 5g creatine/bcaa, 1/3 serv Greens+
1145 - 1 cheeseburger bite, 1 stick beef jerkey & 1 cheese
1615 - chicken and lots of mixed vegetables
1915 - 2 bubba burgers, lots of mixed veggies
2145 - protein brownie (whey, pb, milk, coolwhip)
