I’ve just come back from the gym to do some leg work (which I’m finding difficult to do with enough weight with sandbags) and I’m not kidding, the 2 fittest women I’ve ever seen in the flesh came in, completely independently of each other. They weren’t fit in a model kind of way, more a Playboy kind of way, absolutely gorgeous and all boobs and bum with no waist. An amazing sight; I had to look in completely the other direction in order to get any training done

LOL, its bad isnt it. Happens with me all the time, plus theres soo many mirrors in the gym every where i look i can see them! Its sooo off putting but i love it. :D

It's been nice working out at the Y for one reason... way less hotties than at the Uni. Mostly furry old Staypuft mansicles. Just the way I like it. <3

First post updated. Here are some more photos for fun though. This a rotational squat type movement. You take the bag from the floor and lift it to opposite shoulder. You then squat. Drop the weight to the floor and repeat from other side.

Sorry man. From those pics, it looks like you're wearing some ugly black shoes with black socks. Drop the black chucks until you're wearing black pants. In the meantime, you should've went with white chucks for those pics.

I thought you knew this stuff.

I was doing some OH DB presses in the gym today and I’ve dome something to my neck, it didn’t feel too bad at the time but now my neck is tightening up a lot and I don’t have full mobility in it. It feels a lot more like whiplash now

I think it’s going to have to be lower body training only for a few days
 
So I went on a mini trip this past Sat & Sun to Pennsylvania. Took my son back to the Dutch Wonderland amusement park. We had a lot of fun. We went to the Olive Garden for dinner Saturday. However I spotted Long John Silver and ate 3 chicken/2 fish while waiting to get into the OG haha. Our service was terrible and we ended up getting our poor meal for free. The next day I had to get some Arbys roast beef sandwiches, love those.

We dont have either of those places in my area so what a treat it was. However I have also went to bed too late the last two nights, so I havent woke up to work out. Ill either go tonight or go to bed earlier tonight.
 
So I went to bed at 2330 last night and woke up at 500 this morning. Went to workout and tried something a little different today. Instead of going for a certain rep count, I went off time. Since that is how my bootcamps are going to be setup, I figured I should try it out also. I went 30 sec on and 30 off. I dont think Ill go back to rep counting for awhile.

Heres some of what I did:

Sandbag Clean, Front Squat, Mil Press - 5x30 sec

Sandbag Good Morning - 3x30 sec

Inverted Row - 3x30s

Jump Rope - 3x30s

Sand Pillow Single Arm Clean & Press - 2x30s

Lunge & Curl - 3x30sec

There may have been more but I cant remember for sure. C'mon Rich, wheres the bag training?

Some diet info for the day:

0500 - Caffeine pill, 1 sausage link
0645 - 40g whey, 5g creatine/bcaa, 1/3 serv Greens+
1145 - 1 cheeseburger bite, 1 stick beef jerkey & 1 cheese
1615 - chicken and lots of mixed vegetables
1915 - 2 bubba burgers, lots of mixed veggies
2145 - protein brownie (whey, pb, milk, coolwhip)
