I'm going to start by getting some padding round the handles, the metal is pretty sharp and would slice my skin off if I threw it to hard. Then I'm going to start using it for snatches and dynamic work. Throwing will probably come when I have enough space to throw it somewhere

Obama is inheriting some major problems that perhaps won't be completely repaired by his terms end. A deficit that is approaching one TRILLION dollars will probably not allow him to do his proposed tax cuts or health care system. Maybe he can figure out a way to improve the economy.
Obama will need to select his administration, or panel of experts to gather information from. It is going to be a long windy road. But can Obama improve your health?
