Typhon & TonyM: No Rules!

I'm so essited.

Also I wonder if Tony was successful in learning enough Russian to mess with them. I sure hope so, buddy. :D

I remember something about Tony talking about his in laws.. that he think they talked Russian about him while he was right there :D

OK, I now have the army rucksack - Someone gave me one that left behind by their girlfriends ex who was in the army. It looks very robust

No sand yet,we went away for the weekend and anyone with kids can testify that no matter how big your car is there's no room for anything other than their stuff in the boot.

I'll get the rest sand this week

At the moment I've just made one up but Tony is actually my trainer (I pay him) so he'll probably want to change what I'm planning anyway. Below is a rough draft of what I have planned

Yeah, it does look pretty neat. :D

What will you do to add weight to certain exercises? Weighted vest(s)? Maybe get some sort of a harness and just strap additional bags to it? Or, it does look like you're planning to simply do more reps per set in some cases? I suppose you could double up on backpacks, with one in the front, and then hold one in each arm. Hmmm. :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

Lol, well the rucksack is pretty huge, I imagine I'd be as big as Georgen by the time I could squat with it completely full of sand :)

Hmmm. Is good point. Do you know how many cubic feet it is, this rucksack?

Sand weighs something like 90 lbs per cubic foot I believe.

Afraid not, I'll get a better idea once I've bought the sandbags and seen how many I can fit in. It's a genuine ex-military rucksack though so it's pretty deep and wide

Welcome back Tony lad ;)

Good time in Russia?
