Believe me I used to beat myself up after I ate junk but now I've came to the conclusion that I ate it, so what, just get over it and go on. Everybody's gonna fall down. Just get back up and go at it again.
 
It seems pointless to beat yourself up. At times I would get depressed about when I ate it and what I ate. After watching Celebrity Fit Club and you see what the people go thru (lose weight, gain weight, no weight gain/lose, etc...) I've came to the conclusion even celebrities are human beings and they freak out like we do when it comes to "cheating". Yes you can eat the cookies, cakes, etc but you have to do it in moderation.
 
Went to the park today for the kick off of the 2007 Summer Reading Program. They did a puppet play and had mini cupcakes, cake and punch. I stayed away from it all. Go me, Go me, Go me....:D Also signed her up for the summer reading program. She's going to be in first grade but she wanted me to read to her so that's what we're gonna do. You have to read 18 books between May 31 to July 19. That's easy enough to do. Check out 4 at a time and we'll have it done in no time...:D
 
Ate clean, no cheating...:D Need to work on my too many carbs in one sitting but other than that I think I'm doing ok. 2 days until weigh in. I didn't do it last Saturday so this is a 2 week. Something tells me I've probably gained so I'm not going to get my hopes up. Gotta roll w/the punches. I made ham/beans w/corn bread for Greene and Ash. I ended up eating a corn muffin after eating my salad.

Fat - 29%, Carbs - 45%, Protein - 27%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - chicken casserole, cottage cheese, bread, water
Meal 4 - pb granola bar
Meal 5 - chicken salad, water

Another day of all clean eating..no cheating. Need to figure out what to do w/the chicken. Don't know how much of the grilling I can stand...:D Guess I need to surf the zaar again.

Might make it this weekend. I'm thinking of grilling steak tonight w/potato and veg. I go to the grocery store and see what the mark-down meat looks like so we can have meat to eat. I have frozen new york strips left over from the weekend holiday that we didn't eat (bought too many and still in original package). Usually you can find some good deals that way. The reason the steaks were marked down to begin with is because it was starting to turn green. It sounds disguisting but once you cook it you won't tell a difference.
 
Didn't quite make it today. It was either lunch, snack or supper that did it. I'm guessing lunch but I really don't know.

ITA...Tom must have rubbed off on you....you DO have a great attitude. :D And you are right. There is no point in whining, bc you did it, so move on and get back on the wagon. I'm still trying to learn that....LOL
 
I'm not really whining just stating where I think I went wrong...:D I gave up whining like I said in my earlier posts. It does no good and it's not gonna help me with my food.
 
Little bit better so we'll see how today goes. Added more eggs yesterday even had a omlette (well mainly scrambled eggs w/stuff in it).

Meal 2 - 2 egg whites, bread
Meal 3 - lean pockets, peas
Meal 4 - banana, walnuts
Meal 5 - omlette
 
Decided to order couple dvds to help me w/my cardio. I ordered Basic Yoga for Dummies and Billy Blanks' Billy's Bootcamp Elite - Mission One - Get Started. We'll see how I do since this white girl has no rhythm at all what so ever...:D
