"Fantastic, but I believe those nutrition facts only include the bare chicken! The cheese and sauce and bacon bring it up to 197.43 calories & 8.14g fat (for 4 oz. of chicken or about half of a normal size breast.) Still decent in calorie totals and for the yummy taste and juicy texture...5 stars!"

We'll see if it puts me over but it does look sooooo good.
 
MMMM...the chicken was good. Defintely making it again even if it's just for me...:D I did the best I could figuring the cals and whatnot. I only used the recommended amount of each ingredient (bbq is split between 3 breasts using 1/2 cup). This is what I came up with:

Chicken - 2oz - 50 cals, 1 fat, 0 carb, 10 protein
BBQ sauce - 2.5 tablespoons - 58 cals, 0 fat, 14 carb, 0 protein
Bacon slices - 3 slices - 70 cals, 6 fat, 0 carbs, 4 fat
Shredded Cheese - .33 cup - 110 cals, 9 fat, 0 carb, 7 protein

Total - 288 cals, 16 fat, 14 carb, 21 fat
 
I agree....omg...the chicken....soooooooooooooooooooo good!!!! Hubby and I loved it!!! Will definitely be making that one again!
 
wow.. i ust figured out what i'm having for dinner lol.

did you use regular bacon? will it taste the same with turkey bacon?

i love recipes when i have everything already to make it!

Did better last night food wise so hopefully I can keep it up today. Still taking it one day at a time but maybe I actually got a hang of it this time...:D

Going to be high 80's today but I'm making the famous Easy Turkey Chili - Crock Pot Recipe | Recipezaar. You'd think I wouldn't need to look at the recipe anymore for the ingredients but I still do. If there's enough left over, which I'm sure there is, I'm gonna try to give some to my aunt and uncle. God knows they feed me when I go over to their house. It's bout time I repayed the favor.

Fat - 28%, Carbs - 48%, Protein - 24%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - chicken salad, best maccheese, water
Meal 3 - pb granola bar, water
Meal 4 - bbq cheese bacon chicken, peas, water
Meal 5 - energy bar, kool-aid
 
Greene left the bag open one night and it got hard in the center. Wasn't sure if that was spose to happen or not but ended up pitchin it out. I will make it again at some point but not sure if it's gonna be today or not. I think my buttermilk went bad but not sure of that either.
 
Yes I used regular pre-cooked bacon but I bet it would be good w/turkey bacon. Don't think it would change the taste.

Thanks for another extremely simple recipe!! This was sooo good. I brought leftovers for lunch today :) I added some jalepenos.. because i love everything spicy.
 
Today I did something I've never done before...a flower bed. I didn't know how expensive it was going to be but for a first-timer I think I did a good job. It doesn't look professional but did the best I could. I have another section that needs to be done but I'll wait and see what happens w/this one before I go do the other section.

Annuals and Perinnals. The only perinnal I can remember is begoinas. The only annual I can remember is hosta. If I can figure out how to link it..I'd put before and after up. Will have to wait until Greene gets home. I send my mom and picture..she liked it but she said there's a gap between the flowers, you should move them. I said mom it's fine. It's my first time..I didn't want you to critique it..lol. I'll know next time to put them little closer next time.
 
Cleaned out the other two beds in front of the garage. My god that was a chore. I cleaned it out so well that I have to replant the firns tomorrow. They should survive thru the night. They are in a make shift planter (big cooler with lots of dirt). If they don't Greene has more at his brothers. I didn't take any before pics of the beds but believe me it took over 2.5 hrs to clean them out.
 
I think as soon as I get done w/the broccoli maccheese dish that's probaby bring my cals down even more. I really hate to pitch it all now but I will if need be.

I don't remember where I saw it on here but somebody said to have 2 egg whites and 1 yolk as part of your diet. My question is how much to too much when it comes to whites and yolks? Is the 2 whites/1 yolk the norm or can you change it up?
