Lost .3 pounds. Not to worried about it. Last week was not a good week so I'm happy I lost anything. Really shouldn't have had the protein shake. I could've left that out.

it's better for you than other things. it probably would've been better to have earlier during the day; and not for your last meal

Spent hr getting Kegan's b-day present since his b-day is June 26th. He turns 18. Jeez for me that was so long ago...:)

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - swiss steak, stuffing, baked beans
Meal 3 - turkey burger, whole wheat crackers
Meal 4 - turkey chili, toast, water
 
Meal 5 - peanut butter sandwich, water

Went to the store to get peanut butter and strawberries but forgot cottage cheese and raisins. It never fails...:(
 
Yesterday's movies were Hoosiers and The Devil Wears Prada. Washed a load of laundry.

So far today I watched To Sir, With Love. Need to do another load of laundry and some other stuff. Not saying I'm going to get to it today but it's on the agenda.

Meal 1 - protein drink (dishes weren't done so I could fix meal 2)
Meal 2 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 3 - turkey chili, whole wheat crackers, water
 
Friends came over and had a cookout. I didn't eat the hotdogs and chips. All the laundry is put up and put Greene and my clothes together in seperate closets. Not sure why but just wanted to. I also swept the floors.

Meal 5 - swiss steak, stuffing, baked beans
 
Looks like you're doing better with your food choices, particularly not doubling up on the carb sources in one meal. Keep up the good work.
 
TY...I'm almost done w/the swiss steak. I made alot when I cooked it. I think I used little over 1lb of round steak and by the time you cut it into pieces you have alot, well depending on how big you cut your pieces...:) I should put it on the zaar...:)
 
Went to see my uncle to drop off some movies and brought back some mint out of their garden to make mint tea with. Never had it before that wasn't out of a tea bag...:) It was a different taste but I liked it. I never put sugar in my tea but that was pretty good. Didn't want to go overboard w/the sugar. I think next time I might try honey.

Meal 4 - turkey chili, whole wheat crackers, homemade mint tea w/.5 tsp sugar (not sweet n low)

Went to pick up Ash at noon but she wasn't ready to come home yet so I'm waiting for a phone call to come and pick her up.

Meal 3 - swiss steak, hominy, stuffing, mint tea w/.5 tsp sugar
Meal 4 - yogurt
 
Take about 1 pound or so of round steak, cut it into pieces (as big or as small as you like), flour them, brown them on the stove. Preheat oven to 350 degrees put water in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish, add the steak, on top add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Bake for 1 hr or until tender.

Depending on how big your pieces of steak are is depending on how much leftovers you have.
 
Glad to see you are sticking with it SHe, keep up the great work. How is summer home with Ash, hope you two are having a great time together.
 
Was working on a another computer for the same friend. I forgot how slow 98 was...:mad:. So back to my XP...:)

I am glad to be off. With four kiddos it is nice not to have to work so hard. Although I work FT while they are in school, so this is actually easier lol. Although I be with one childe you end having to do alot of entertaining that I don't have to deal with since they have each other ;-) Have a great day.
 
Believe me it would be nice for someone for her to play with but that's what happens when you only have one...:)
