Taebo - Did only about 15-30 minutes of it. Got frustrated that I can't keep up in some parts. I'm still having trouble w/double time. My arms and legs can't go at the same time. Maybe it's because I have problem w/hand-eye coordination...don't know...:confused: In 2nd grade they wanted to hold me back because of it.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - south beach grilled chicken wraps w/jello, water
 
Hey Sheri, don't give up hope - with time and patience you'll be able to do the entire video. If you were already able to do it, it wouldn't be training. You've only just started doing the video and already you're beating yourself up over not doing all of it? Give yourself a break - not saying to slack off, but take it easy on your perceptions of your shortcomings. Consider the positives of what you're doing - you're starting to form a routine/habit of exercise, one which will help you improve your health and your abilities. Try doing the movements slowly on your own (without the video) to get the coordination down, and see how that works.

I know from experience it's VERY frustrating not to be able to do something - for the longest time I wasn't able to do proper walking lunges - heck even balancing on my left leg was too difficult at times. But finally, after 2 years of training, I'm able to do walking lunges with twists (although I have to return to starting position for each movement).

Up two pounds but I expected that. So far so good today but it's only 8:00a. Yesterday afternoon/last night was not so good but when I went to bed I was feeling better.

Keep on keeping on w/the dvds. I know it was only 3 days in so really I was getting frustrated for no reason.

Berries and cream and the south beach meals are gone so now I can focus on food again. It was nice having my meals planned out for me (i.e. in a box)...:D

*Edit* - I honestly don't know if I gained or lost because I think I gained couple pounds while m&d was here on the 9th.

Lots of running done, load in the washer I need to take out and hang. Ash is spending the night at her friends. She'll be home sometime tomorrow.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - broccoli sausage simmer, diet coke
Meal 3 - ham salad sandwich w/lettuce, diet coke (leftover from meal 2)

Watched Saw 3 last night. Very good for a trilogy...:D
 
Meal 4 - chimichanga meal, water

Spend some quality time outside talking and enjoying ourselves. Ash will be back today. He's going to his mom's and I think I'm gonna work in the backyard.
 
Took him to his m&d, went to pick up Ash, hung around the house, took a nap, worked some in the backyard (bout hr or so). I'm digging up flower beds that have been neglected for years (or that's what it seems like) which was covered in pebble. I took 5 loads of rock to the driveway tonight and last week I dumped about 4 loads by the garage. It's getting there but very slowly. He is working on the garage so that can be cleaned up. We're slowly getting everything cleaned up so it doesn't look like rednecks live here...:D On the upside I broke out in a sweat, not rolling down buckets, but I did work myself tonight.
 
Rained today but sunny out now. Washed a load of laundry and did some running.

Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - meatless spaghetti
Meal 4 - cliff bar
 
Meal 5 - ham/beans, cornbread

Had couple bad choices after supper but hopefully I can get over this craving problem and get back on the wagon.

Greene was griping last night that he needs to go on a diet because his pants are getting tight...:p Too many doughnuts...:p Hopefully when these boxes are gone I can quit buying them but I doubt that highly.
 
Did 2 loads of laundry yesterday. Hung one load out since it stopped raining. Built a fire and cooked out. Greene worked more on the garage. Today is another library thing at the park. I finished all the 18 books I needed to read to her so she got lots of coupons and she picked out a book for the reading. I think she should split the coupons with me...:).
 
Mowed the lawn so he doesn't have this weekend but you never know with the rain we've had the past two days you never know.

Meal 2 - steak, corn, peas, strawberry apple juice (ingredients: water, apple juice concentrate, grape juice concentrate, strawberry juice concentrate, natural flavors, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)

Meal 5 - protein bar

Working on a friend's computer but it's not playing nice...:mad:
 
Finally got the bathroom cleaned. Having to corral Ash and the dog...:mad: Had to chase the dog back into the house because of the neighbor boy...:mad::mad: Poor Ash doesn't understand she can't run in and out while the dog is out because he'll run out the door if he gets the chance.

Need to stop going out and shopping. No wonder why I always run short on money but not having buyer's remorse.

Lost .3 pounds. Not to worried about it. Last week was not a good week so I'm happy I lost anything. Really shouldn't have had the protein shake. I could've left that out.
