that looks good. i dont have any onion powder or i'd make it tonight also. let me know how it turns out!
 
I'm not sure if I do but I think I do. If I don't have all of the ingredients (one or two), I still make it anyway. I'm sure the onion powder will have some bearing but I don't know how much. I say go for it anyway. You can always make it later and see if there is a difference.
 
Plus I'm going to bake the chicken recipe instead of grilling it. I'm not sure if it will make a difference but I don't see why it would. I have a feeling I would burn the sugar anyway.
 
Didn't quite make it but ate the last lean pocket yesterday. Now we'll see how the percentages go...:confused:

Fat - 20%, Carbs - 52%, Protein - 27%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - lean pocket
Meal 4 - grapes, cottage cheese
Meal 5 - brown sugar chicken, parmesan potatos, cottage cheese
 
Yesterday was a nice day. Ash went to spend the night w/a friend so I had the whole house to myself until Greene got home. He decided not to go skating so we cleaned up the backyard and he mowed. Sat around w/the neighbor and bs'd for while. I had one drink since it's been while and that's the only one I could have. By the time I got done w/it, I didn't want anymore.

Food wise it was so-so. The last meal was the pb sandwich. I thought we was going skating so I wanted something quick to keep me full but ended up not eating anything else.

Fat - 26%, Carbs - 44%, Protein - 30%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - salsa chicken, cottage cheese, bread
Meal 4 - pb sandwich, meal
 
Had a cookout last night for supper...steak, corn, hotdogs. Tried to have another drink but only drank half of it and pitched the rest. Think I'm gonna pitch the last 4 bottles of the Smirnoff...:confused:

Ash had a sleep over Tuesday and I met her at the park Wednesday for another program put on by the library. They made treasure maps, went on a treasure hunt, played bingo. They were handing out snacks and I had a small cup of juice (some Hi-C green flavor). Wasn't that good but drank it anyway and tried to eat some jello (blue raspberry w/gummie fish it in). Just didn't taste good so I only ate about half or so and pitched the rest.

Fat - 28%, Carbs - 47%, Protein - 26%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - Wendy's chunky chicken salad frescata sandwich (no meal)
Meal 4 - pb sandwich, milk
Meal 5 - steak, corn on the cob

My Billy Blanks video arrived today. Tomorrow morning is the official day of trying it...:D I might not be able to stand up when I'm done...:D
 
I took the recipe that nae82 gave me and put it on the zaar. I was curious about the nutrition (we know about cookies..:D). Wasn't quite expecting what the outcome would be but yet in a way I did. I'm hoping to make them for this weekend cause M&D are coming down and my grandfather is having his b-day.

Started the cookies tonight. Will bake them tomorrow. It looks so good and so was the sneak taste test...:p Will have the will power not to eat any until Saturday.

Lots of kickboxing and boxing moves. I was doing good until it was double time...:eek: I did my best to keep up but at times didn't quite make it. The more I do it the more I'll be able to keep up.
