Did better yesterday. Brought carbs down and protein/fat up. Last night was tacos and made them meatless but used refried beans has the meat. Was really good. Will have to make them like that again.
M&D are coming down today so I'll be on and off this weekend being the holiday and all. Calling for 20-30% chance of rain tomorrow but we'll still have the cookout even if we have to put a tent over the fire...

Meal 3 - chicken, peas, cottage cheese, water
Meal 4 - soft taco, hard taco (shell only), water
