ladies I posted over on the challenge board my own personal challenge (since I'm a bit of a health/nutrition freakie anyway--well getting more so since mid last year). Anyway I am going to try and get my fiber from more natural sources instead of supplements or iron fortified quick acting carbs and see hwo I do. Actually Friday I am going to eat my normal routine and log how much fiber that gets me so I can see where I stand, then improve from there.
SO GUESS WHAT? I am up at 4:45 and back to the gym even though I still have horrid head cold thanks to you gals, I also saved $45 thanks to you gals as they have a biggest looser at my gym I would have joined otherwise and theirs costs$45, AND I weighed in at -2lbs again today! YAHOO!!!!!!! Seriously, thanks so much for the boost of inspiration a couple days ago when I was 'down' that would have been when I faltered had it not been for you all and I usually GAIN weight when I'm sick because I use the "I dont feel well so I will just eat whatever xyz I feel like" thanks ladies!
