OK how do you figure out the fiber on what you eat out?
I had Ocharlies chicken sandwhich on a whole wheat bun w/ bacon 3 cheeses and lite mayo and a bowl of cheese potatoe soup that was a lunch breakfast combo and for dinner I had like 5 peoces of WALLEY and yellow green beans and a south beach bar(which I can figure that out).

Howdy team wanted to share this info thats helping me get all my FIBER in 1 sitting,it is "KELLOGS EXTRA FIBER" CEREAL and here is the nutrion facts and the calories have SKIM milk included
SERVING SIZE 1/2 CUP
90 CALORIES
13 GRAMS OF FIBER
SO JUST 2 SERVINGS WOULD BE 26 GRAMS OF FIBER AND 180 CALORIES
I HAVE 2 SERVS AND A 1/2 OF A SERV NOTE SPLENDA REALLY HELPS ALOT!

I found that FiberOne works out to be just about the same.
Except for it is 60 cals and 14 grams fiber.
With a 1/2 cup skim milk and 2 servings (1/2 cup is a serving) of the FiberOne you only put yourself at 165 cals/28fiber for Breakfast.
They also have FiberOne bars that are DELISH!!! I got the oats and peanut butter flavor. So Yummy! Has 150 cals with 9 grams fiber.
With those things plus a few others I am sitting on 40 grams of fiber and it is only 2pm.
