Weight-Loss
Not a good week for me, I always bust over 400 minutes of excercise, but only got in the required. I didn't lose any weight, still same old spot, but you know what, if I'm still in next week, I'll try to double time it again, and see if I can't get something going. Hope everyone did better, I do remember seeing some weight loss from others, GREAT JOB you guys!!!

Hey there tramie I hope everyone had a gr8 week and if it wasn't ,then there is always another good week to make up for it!I managed to do more exersices than last week so thats an improvement for me lol.LETS ALL DRINK UP.....AND URINATE..TO A GR8 WEEK,,,,////:cheers2:

i got in my excercise mins but no weight loss!!! i really dont know whats happening!!!

Water water water this week should be good i drink about 2litres in work and then more at home and i need about 2.9l so shouldnt have to change much if anything

Still waiting for Makingchanges to check in. Even if she does make it in time, unless she has an incredible week, we'll be losing teammates. :( It looks like Blue Team is going to win again.

I thought for sure I was a goner! Thank goodness for all my exercise minutes.
Sorry to see Angel, Nia, and Making Changes eliminated. If I don't lose this week then I will be seeing you on the side.........LOL
 
How's everyone doing so far this week? Drinking that water and getting in exercise? I've got 165 minutes so far, and have gotten all my water in every day.

I'm rocking and rolling on this bonus. I usually drink around 100 oz. of water daily anyways so this one is super easy. The firm I work for has their own bottled water and there is always a fridge full of them. I usually drink 5 16.9 fl oz. bottles a day while at work then more at home. I've got 80 minutes in so far in exercise. I took it easy over the weekend but I need to get my ass in gear for the rest of the week.

I have learnt the hard way when to drink water!!!
I had about 1 litre before lunch and had about 500mls at lunch and went the loo then I was in the operating room all afternoon i was about to burst!!!!
So i limit what i have during working hours and drink when i get home but then im up all night LOL cant win
Exercise i have all my hours in so just praying for a loss this week

Try to space it out more--drink a little here and there, not a bunch all at once if you can.
 
I am having a FAB~TAB~U~LOUS week!!!!!
I am weighing in currently at 189.8 my lowest weight yet!!!

Just hit it this morning. Hoping to go even a bit lower for tomorrow's weigh-in. If not I will use today's #.
With tonight's Fit for Life Class I will have 420 minutes of exercise. That includes all my swimming, all my classes and a little elliptical thrown in for good measure.
I have all my water as well.
Like I said it has been a really good week.

I am trying but so hard at work as cant take it into the OR so its drink on your break and its warm in there as well which doesnt help
Today i went the opposite and only drank 500mls so far (17:00) so will be drinking lots from now till 8 so i can have a full sleep LOL


Bellaryna - Congrats on the lowest weight yet :party: and fingers crossed a bit more will fall off for tomorrow i have every faith it will :)

Sarah, sounds like you've got the water thing worked out. :)

I've got 75min to exercise today, as I didn't do anything yesterday. Also, my weight shot up 4lbs by sunday from Thursday, so I've spent the week trying to get rid of it. Today I'm at 223 (up 1lb from last week), so I've managed to get rid of 3 of them. I was hoping for a decent loss this week, but now I'll be relieved if I don't post a gain! :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I tell you if it wasn't for this forum (and Kimberly's challenges!) I don't know that I would have done as well as I have. Or at least have stuck with it this long. :biggrinjester:
With that said..............weighed in this morning at *drum roll please* LOL.............188.6 for a total loss this week of 3.6 pounds. I am shocked but at the same time not. I worked really hard this week and made sure to drink all my water everyday. I think the thing that made the biggest difference is that I figured out "no more bread/pasta". After I quit eating that stuff the weight just started falling off. Must be like Margaret/Omega with cheese.
Let's just hope that it keeps on working.
