I had a really hard bit today i hate visiting my nieces when they have just baked cakes!!! i feel so mean not taking one ...So I did... then i pretended to eat it (like you do with plastic/imaginary food) then stuffed it in my bag i felt sooooooooo mean but i am doing this properly no cheating

H and I were going to go to the movies tonight, and then he started talking about movie popcorn...and how he wanted to get some. I told him I couldn't have any. Well, we ran late as usual, and are too late for the movie. I'm kinda relieved b/c I won't have to miss out on the popcorn..lol. We'll go after this bonus is finished..lol.

Rah--BIG pat on the back for resisting the cakes!! :hurray:
 
Howdy everyone well well well what is the deal with the cake???I went to pick up my son he stayed all night with my nephew and when I picked him up I be damned if my sis N law didn't try to pawn the leftover b-day cake off on me they are health nutts,she is the one that had gastric and then a tummy tuck and she wanted no part of the cake and neither did I ,I said my house is finally full of nothing but healthy foods.
WAY TO GO RAH AND BIKINI and ANGLE no worries a taste isn't as bad a a piece,the challange is young still and we can do it!

Oh I am glad to be at work and have my mind occupied and to be away from the snack foods my sister has stocked up in our house.

I was in Ohio this weekend for our monthly visit with my stepson and I was able to achieve most of my goals. I ate healthy the entire time and did not go over calories and managed a good hour workout in the fitness center at the hotel. Woot!

Did really good over the weekend, and I'm really excited about working out hard this week. I feel thinner today for some reason, YEAH hope that shows at weigh in day. :waving:
 
had what I thought was a good weekend. Normally I show a slight drop from friday to monday. Not this weekend though. I'm the same today as I was friday. hmmm, hope I'm not hitting a plateau in the first week of the challenge! I'm doing 50 minutes of exercise per day tho to get max points allowed.

Ive been going ok through this weekend... I didn't get as much exercise in as I would have liked to. But, I still have the whole week to get in alot of hard work!!! Keep up all the great work!!!! :)
 
I had a good weekend. I've gotten every days' bonus pts so far, 3hrs of exercise, and as of this morning I'm 3.5lbs lower than I was on Friday. All in all, it should be a great week for me. :)

I am so excited to see all of you doing so well yourselves. Our team rocks!! I think it's pretty unlikely that any of us will be eliminated this week. :hurray:
 
Just got back from a hour and 15 minute workout, and then I went and got groceries. I managed to burn 700 calories at the gym so all is good! I am only at 1178 calories today so I think I'm gonna go have some yogurt (100 calories) to bring them up a bit. I'm just not very hungry today, not sure why. No weight change tonight from last week but I think it's because I ate a heavy meal of grilled chicken breast, plain couscous and steamed broccoli for dinner with 2 glasses of water before going to the gym. I usually eat after but I went later so I could play with my daughter a bit before her bedtime.

I think BB's right, none of may get eliminated this week. You bitches are doing friggin awesome!!! Rawk on!
 
As for exercise I'm up to three hours now...only 2 left to go!

Speaking of which, every time I read Rah's diary I'm shamed by how much she works out every day! Good job!!!! i walk my hubbie everyday but it's only 30 minutes!

As for the eating part...I've been good two days and bad two days...

And I'm remembering just how much I loooooove tortillas. Mmmmm..... Why would anyone eat bread?

I weighed myself today no difference, none, zilch whats gone wrong? loads of exercise but no loss!!!

BB 3.5 wow thats great!!!! and im very jealous!!!

Sarah, don't stress about it okay?? You still have several days before weigh in time, so drink LOTS of fluids and maybe take the calories down a hundred or so for a couple days. As long as your getting in all the bonus and exercise points that you can, that's ALL THAT MATTERS! Several of us here are in the same boat, where we workout like crazy people and hardly lose a thing, it will happen, it just might take your body an extra week to catch up. Your still a winner in my eyes, look at all the hard work your doing. WE ALL WIN if we try and isn't that what it's all about? You can DO IT!!

I haven't lost anything at all as well. Even the holiday pounds are sticking by me. I'm so dreading the doctor's scale tomorrow on my visit. Keep it up though. You are doing great, no matter what the scale says.

I've been so good with the bonus this week and getting in my exercise. I haven't lost any weight but hopefully I'll have a good show of points despite that. I've been stuck in the 150's for months now. Up and down the scale. I kissed the 140's for a bit but then shot right back up with the holidays. I guess my body has gotten comfy at this weight. I'm going to really have to push it during the rest of this challenge.

I'm about to leave for my doc appointment so I'll report back as to what the 'official' scale says. I know I've lost a lot of weight but it seems like its not enough, like it won't be enough until I'm at goal. Anyone else feel that way?
 
HI Team Members.

Just catching up on the posts and wanted to say this is an awesome team. Everyone is working so hard. Can't wait for the weigh in just to see the pay off. But with the challenge and finally everyone not bringing junk to work everyday it has been easier than I planned on the eating part.
