When you say down 21 inches...what exactly does that mean? How do you measure yourself?

I'll tell you where I measure and where I've lost :)

Neck: -.5
R. arm: -1
L. arm: -1
Forearm: -0
Bust: -2.5
High Waist (smallest part): -2
Stomach (below belly button): -3
Hips: -3
Thighs (bigger part includes me butt too bc its so big..lol): -1
R. leg: -3
L. leg: -3
R. calf: -.5
L. calf: -.5

Thats where I measure I so can see changes all over and I have :)

You girls are all doing awesome, way to go with the pounds and inches!

I didn't wake up in time for pilates this morning, but I did an hour of zumba later on.
 
Well Im proud of myself today...I exercised lots...

60 mins of Yoga this morning at 3am - LOL - I always get a chuckle with that, i do yoga while I watch a show I like

30 mins Wii Fitt Boxing

45 mins Recumbrant Bike 5.5 miles

and a 15 min walk.

2.5 hrs:)!!!

My weight has dropped finally too, I ballooned up 10 lbs 2.5 weeks ago and now I am only up abt 3/4...

Im hoping to at least break even and be back at what i was before or surpass that and get to 228. w/e it was for an even 10 lbs down...we will see.

Im feeling better and pulling to no stops.Im in game mode!!!

Ive also lost my need and kicked my addition to pop I was getting again, lol.Thankfully for that.

the cold i've been treating my whole family for has befallen upon me... I felt it yesterday morning but felt good throughout most of the day then just before it was time to start making dinner it hit me like a ton of bricks and I didn't end up doing an extra half hour on the treadmill like i planned... I had a 2 hour day planned today but i'm not sure thats going to happen either. I definately need to get in at least an hour today though... I'm determined to get a full 7 hours this week and you never know what might come up
 
Okayyyyy, got some news for you all. I'm gonna have to drop out of this challenge even though it's the last week.

I'm pregnant!

NOt planned at all and we didn't even know it was possible since 1) I only have one ovary and 2) the doc said we were lucky to get pregnant with our first child.

The doc will have to monitor my thyroid levels closely during the pregnancy and we're gonna keep our fingers crossed that this pregnancy won't be as awful as the last.

I'm gonna keep running until my belly is too big and will then be walking regularly as well as weight training regularly. Last time I was vomiting nonstop so I got REALLY out of shape. THIS TIME I will stay in shape even if I have to take a barf bag on my runs with me. LO!
 
Congrats, Amy! You should stay on and do what you can just for the last week :) It'll be great if you're still around. Afterall, a healthier you makes a healthier baby.
 
AMY - great news :hug2: Are you guys happy wiht it:)

OMG i barfed through my whone pregnancey as wella nd i worked with toddlers up to outta school care kids, i taught preschool too BLAH...bad combo wiht being barfy 24/7.I was barfin on the delivery table right up till birth, lil bugger she was.LOL

I was not too thrilled at first. I wasn't ready for it and it put a big kink in plans but once I got over the initial shock I was thrilled. I LOVE being a mother and another baby would be fantastic. I just want this to go much smoother this time around. Last time was brutal!

I'll stay in the challenge this last week. I just plan to eat at maintenance and get all my exercise in. Go team!
 
Yay for babies!! Congrats Amy and I think its great you plan on sticking to the plan while prego.... that in itself is HUGE!!
