team one..i just weighed in and gained one pound...i look at my week and think i did really well so i cant understand except i didnt really hit the exercise hard last tues/wed/thurs..but still i thought i kept within my points...so i should be okay. i had a big drop the week before so i wonder if thats why? water retention? i had some wine so maybe i just gotta stay totally away from the booze.....i think it really sabotages you.
anyway....i am sorry...and so i am going to log in my weight
i'm having the EXACT same thing happening this week... i had a big loss last week and today i'm 2.4 lbs up... i'm attributing a few things to it but who knows... i did notice that my body fat monitoring scale did show i'm still down on the fat % so i'll take that as a good sign
