team one..i just weighed in and gained one pound...i look at my week and think i did really well so i cant understand except i didnt really hit the exercise hard last tues/wed/thurs..but still i thought i kept within my points...so i should be okay. i had a big drop the week before so i wonder if thats why? water retention? i had some wine so maybe i just gotta stay totally away from the booze.....i think it really sabotages you.

anyway....i am sorry...and so i am going to log in my weight

i'm having the EXACT same thing happening this week... i had a big loss last week and today i'm 2.4 lbs up... i'm attributing a few things to it but who knows... i did notice that my body fat monitoring scale did show i'm still down on the fat % so i'll take that as a good sign
 
Hey team! I'm still here and working hard. I ran 3 miles on saturday while nauseated. LOL!! I also got 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer on friday as well. I got in a full hour of weight training last night but I am still one hour short for the week. I have classes until 9 tonight so i doubt I'm gonna get it in.

Since I'm pregnant, I have raised my calories to maintenance. I will be having 2000 on non-workout days and 2300-2500 on workout days. I am eating tons of food, just very healthy, high fiber stuff like raw carrots and celery, lean protein, fresh fruit, etc.

I'm gonna do this pregnancy right no matter how sick I am. I proved last week I can still run while nauseated so I'm gonna keep it up! It was not pleasant but I plan to come out of this pregnancy in great shape!

Your doing awesome Amy! I'm so glad to hear your doing great for both you and your baby :D
 
Claud can I weight in tomorrow a I always have? Or are you wanting everything done today?

My weight has been up and down like crazzzy:(Stupid infection...Im hoping once Im off anti biotics things will settle down a bit and i will see my weight agian:( A bit discouraging
 
i hope we can wait till tomorrow... i was hoping to see if i could sweat out the extra water weight i seem to be carrying by tomorrow afternoon and hopefully come out a pound lighter... i just need 1 more to make it an even 10 lbs for the challenge
 
I did so good in the beginning till i got this damn infection:(...But im hoping as well that tomorrow we can still weight in and update...
 
You can use Monday or Tuesday's weight, whichever is lower. I finally lost a tad but I am hoping that I will get lower by tomorrow? Doubtful but there's always hope so I will wait to enter my weight. So at least I ended the challenge down a TAD rather than up or at the start weight. I'm so glad I found something that seems to be working for me for the MOMENT. I'm full and that's also good since I'm usually starving yet losing nothing.

I did totally F up on the exercise though! SORRY! I only managed an hour and a half this week oh lazy me! I did all my exercise the prior 5 weeks though, and before that too, so I'm pretty proud of myself for a good 8 week run at steady exercise.

I didn't manage to track the protein so I wont get those points, but I did great with the fruit and veggie challenge. That really got me eating so well! I have made such changes with that challenge and I'm just loving my new veggies and extra fruit..so filling!

I literally am SWAMPED at work--working my ASS off, but it's a very good thing in my opinion--AND it serves me right for goofing off before this! :smilielol5: :smash: :smilielol5: :smash:

Anyway, I want to update my diary and make sure everyone is OK, but I don't see that happening the way I want it to, anytime soon--we had yesterday off work for Pres Day and I have even more work sent to me by our sales reps.

BUT!.........I'm down to 138.0 lbs! That's a 7.5 lb loss this challenge!!! :party:

YAY! So I, at least, filled in my stats on the spreadsheet. My goals for the rest of the month are to maintain my weight here, before I set out to lose more weight. 135 is in the distance!

I started the continuation thread and it will begin next Monday if anymore of you are interested...Im making a few changes but all in all it will be the same general guidelines.

I will miss posting here with all of you...now it is time to go to journals:)

I got down to 232.0Only 1.5 lbs of my water weight left:)I ended challenge at 6.8 down i believe.

I'm going to miss everyone lots!!! I didn't lose much weight I need to re evaluate my eating plan I guess but I gained so much motivated from this challenge!! Thanks everyone!!
