Weight-Loss
thanks! unfourtunately i dont have any of those things hanging around right now. i'll have to send H to the grocery store tonight... for now i think ill have to throw in a protien shake... as long as the powder i have isn't expired... i'm assuming it expires just not sure how quickly :S

Yeah I acutally went through the same thing with protein going bad... Steve says it does go bad so if its tastes funky pictch it... but I think its good for at least a year or 2 before going bad... The stuff I had didn't have an date on it but the taste was enough for me to pitch it.

135.5!!!

Nuff Said!

i'm not sure if i would smell it over the chocolaty smell but it did have an expiration date and it's still good, so i had a shake so my protien should be good for the day but my calories are still only at about 1400... i've got 400 to add to todays plan... I really don't care to eat more then i'm hungry for but I dont want my body getting used to these low calorie days i keep having...

Ha maybe its just water weight since you obviously are smaller.... that damn scale!!!:smash:

Week 6 is now in the spreadsheet. I also updated it to add in our weight loss points. So when you access the spreadsheet it will be a snapshot of what the points look like in total with the weight loss points (column "K" has our total points including weight loss points).

If you have not entered in your ending weight for week 5 please enter it in to column "BG" so we can have an accurate weight to calculate weight loss points on. Right now I manually typed your ending weight from week 4 into week 5 (shows zero loss) so that the formulas would work. Again, please update at your earliest convenience.

We have some cool challenges this week. Make sure to check them out. I've summarized them on the "Bonus Challenges" tab.

It's the last week of the challenge...time to pull out all of the stops and go big!

It just dawned on me when I was putting in week 6 in the spreadsheet.
In total we have lost over 250 pounds!!
And that is a conservative loss since several people have not put in their latest weight!

This challenge has definitely worked...you can't ignore 250 fewer pounds!!

WAY TO GO!!! :hurray:

OMG!!!!:eek2:!!! THAT IS SOOOO INSPIRING!!! WoooooW!!! ....no you definitely can't IGNORE that!!!! :D!!! Way to GOOOOOO CHALLENGE!!!!!

WOW, I'm gone for 4 days and BAM! Dee hit her goal, Cassy is tearing down the 190s, and loads of ya are giving great news!!!!!!

I'm on Day 3 of my cycle and all bloated :D However, I'm looking forward to seeing my weight/body comp by the end of the challenge!!!!!

In a given week I:
1. weight train 2xs
2. run once or twice
3. Practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 5-6xs
4. Rock climb once
5. Belly dance once (soon to be twice a week)
6. Practice Acroyoga once (soon to be none since my second belly dancing class is in that day/time slot)
7. Go out dancing to Dubstep

I like the way my body looks--for a minute there without the weight training, I was dipping into the 130s but was a tiny bit softer. I'm truly glad to be lifting again! :hurray:

OK, must truck on!
