Yup I hear ya...Ive been a bit hesitant to start but im all into it now...Mostly it is our weather still snow everywhere but im starting the Sun Run CLinic tomorrow.Im doing a 10k in April so I gotta get the running thing down...So I can at least walk/jog or it will take me forever.Plus I get nasty shins splints that prevent me from running and hardly even walking:(But we will see.

hey teamies!

I somehow managed to NOT mess everything up this weekend :D kept to the cals (just!) an got in all my miles and strength training so im feeling pretty good:hurray:

My usual weigh in day is a friday and i lost just over 2lbs so im pretty pleased but i will weigh in afgian on mon so that my 'official' challenge weight is as accurate as possible...it actually helps me to stay focused knowing that i have to weigh in AFTER the weekend! No excuse to go off the rails :D

Im glad that everyone seems to be doing so well too :D

Hey team! Sorry I've been absent these last few days. I've been super busy with school and my daughter. Calories have been good except for yesterday. My close friend turned 38 and had a party at her house. She's from Indonesia so she and her mother made this entire spread of exotic food. I LOVE trying new things so I sampled a bit of everything. I have no idea what the calorie content was so I'm chalking it up to an "over" day. The food was AMAZING, except for the dried anchovie and peanut trail mix, I'm still trying to get that taste out of my mouth. My favorite was the beef that was marinated in coconut milk for 48 hours then cooked with a sweet kind of soy sauce. Mmmm! I also had two glasses of some kind of wine that was delicious, I need to get the name from her.

I also have not got in the exercise I need for the challenge so I plan to make that 2 hours up today and tomorrow. I really dropped the ball this week team. Sorry!! I'll make it up this week since my schedule is not as hectic!!!!
 
Amy that food does sound nice.. I tend to go with it while I have the opportunity and make up for it later. Guess we all love us some yummy food huh?

I'm still back on track and looks like I may indeed reach my total calorie goal. I only had 1250 cals yesterday so that caught me up a lot! I've already done 45 minutes on the elliptical today so I just need another hour and 15 minutes. Will do another 15 minutes later today. Disappointingly I doubt I'll make the exercise bonus points.

Great job on the calories Cita!! My calories will also be in check today to make up for last night. I also got an hour of cardio in this morning. Sean and I took B in her stroller and went jogging around the neighborhood then stopped off to let her play in the park for awhile. Now we are both gonna relax on the couch and read for awhile.

So I have already got 6hrs of exercise in this week and plan on doing a bike ride tomorrow. Ran 8miles this morning. Diet on track. Hopefully I see some good weight loss this week. Yippee!! Go Team 1!!
 
I'm noticing that Team 2 is doing a better job this week posting their daily diet points and exercise than us. Team 1, get in there and document your points por favor. Let's keep the competitive spirit alive!! We are not that far ahead where we can feel comfortable :) It's still anyone's game!!

I JUST updated all my points for this week(sorry :blush5: , I've been slacking on the documenting area!). Today I had a greatttt workout, nice and long, but now I have a headache, bleh. I hafta get the kitchen floor prepped for sealing, but after that I think I *might* go for a walk outside- for being January in Montana, its 70 degrees! Crazy! Two weeks ago it was -50. Psh, I don't mind tho :)

I'm downloading some good shiz on my zune, so I'm good for another week of kick ass workouts! Go team tits!

It is sunny and beautiful here too, all the fog has finally lifted and we have sun, yahooo, just not warm, i believe we are at 0:)
 
I'm definately up to date! i even like posting ahead as to what i'm going to do monday! it helps me stick to what I plan to do, especially for the first thing in the morning workout when i'm tempted to just sit on the computer while the kids eat breakfast...
I also love peaking at everyone workouts... make me want to be more diverse with my workouts... just waiting for some better wether to be able to do more!

As for me, I figured it doesn't make sense to log my eating points until the end of the week. If I eat less than 11,900 calories in the week I will get all my points, if I eat more than that then I will only get 10 points on the days when I ate 1700 or less calories (which is the daily average of my weekly calorie maximum). I've been adding the exercise though..
 
Soooo just got home and all cleaned from the gym. Did an hour of cardio and 25 minutes of weights.

Puts me at 4 hours and 56 minutes (odd minute because of adding to arctrainer, haha. I'm sure I'm above five hours, but I'm going to work out tomorrow to get those four minutes for the bonus points :D )

Followed food plan so far this week, so it's in the baggggggggg.
