So I am going to go to the gym tonight after pep band, so about 9 or 10, yay. I like going later because there aren't a whole bunch of people around so I can get to the machines I like more easily. I'm more comfortable now with working out in front of people, although not entirely, but more so... then I realized I can never bike when I want to or can't always get on the arctrainers haha.. So I'll be heading over there tonight :)

I get a little bit of exercise when I'm doing band stuff a we dance around while we play and whatnot, but it's not so much different from what I'm normally doing if I were to be with friends during that time so I don't count it. It's nice to know I'm at least not being bad to myself during it. They DO feed us hot dogs, which just means that I eat before I go. Making one good choice at a time. Yeaaaa.
 
Okay, So I have been trying ALL week to not think about my tooth ache just CAUSE it's such an expensive $3,000 SURGERY :icon_bs: I need on a tooth that has been worked on 12 million times, that is RIDICULOUS and ugg..:cuss:..well, finally my cheek started getting SWOLLEN a couple days ago and started getting HOT and creating this THUMPING sensations.....:ack2:
....and UNFORTUNATELY, this tooth is some type of blessing DISGUISED AS MULTIPLE PAINFUL EXPENSIVE KICKS IN THE ASS FOR YEARS AND YEARS....ahhhh.....but yeah....so I have been MENTALLY annoyed and SCARRED at the same time to work out yesterday cause I didn't want all the blood RUSHING to my face :eek:..!!! And then I KNOW EXACTLY what happens....
...(cause it's happened before)....my FACE blows up HUGGGGGE and I mean HUGEEEEEE and DISTORTED literally looking like a GRAPEFRUIT on the side of my cheek :cry:....and it takes like 3 weeks for it to go back to semi normal....I look like a monster and then I REALLY can't work out cause of the blood and the thumping!!! FUCKKKKKKKKK!!!

...but yeah...I got some antibiotics to calm it down, it's looking better, and I'm feeling a little more relieved....gonna do some exercise today, but overall gonna take it easy....!!! GOD WILL HELP ME & HAS BEEN...so I'm blessed and HAPPY and HEALTHY...! (positive affirmations)

...if I were to tell you the story of my damn tooth....UGGGGH....but THE BLESSING IN THIS IS......

NO DRINKING HAS BECOME EASY, as I'M on ANTIBIOTICS :D:!!!

Ive had the same thing on one damn tooth and it goe reinfected 3 times (within 2 months) and had to be reopened three times and each thime the infections got worse and worse, I totally feel ya babe:hug2:

Relax as much as you can *UGH* Hope you feel better soon.
 
Well all has been good over here...

Ive been indulging a lil here and there BUT my cals are always low so it is worked into my eating...Ive had a treat or two this week...

Anyway, I wanna get 3 more hours of exercise in these next few days tha tis my plan.

I found my mp3 player so I can start the couch :)

I did 60 mins of kick boxing yesturday from midnight to 1 am, as soon as I got to work I put on a dvd and Im tellin ya what a kick ass work out...My thighs are still on fire:)
 
Didn't eat very well yesterday- it was a friends birthday, so we went to the rib & chop house(yum!) and I had some very tasty bad stuff. Plus, yesterday was a day off from the gym, so I came home and vegged out in front of the tv all night :rolleyes:

Tomorrow at the gym I am DEFINATELY gonna hit it hard; its soo sad, cuz a few months ago I could go and go and go at the gym, and NOW- oh my god. Half the time I'm positive everyone can hear me gasping to death thru the gym, haha! Yeahh... shiiittty.

Alta, hope your tooth gets better soon -- so sorry to hear you're going through that.

Everyone else sounds like they're doing great and that is good to hear. I've had a busy day but got in one hour on the elliptical already. I did 30 mins first thing in the morning and the other 30 mins after I got home from a birthday party. I've already walked about 2 miles but I'm not counting that into my exercise minutes because I normally do that anyway and I'm still chubby :). I'm not sure I'll get in the bonus hour though..a shame but ya can't get booted out if you get all your normal challenge points.

I've been keeping the calories low to make up for the other night at the french restaurant. I am going to estimate I ate around 1600-1700 calories at that meal but who knows since I wasn't stuffed, just full, because the portions were ever so tiny. Sheesh those places are ridiculous with the portion sizes! So I must keep the calories at 1400 per day for through Monday to meet my goal.

I just did 30 mins Biggest Loser Boot Camp (weights) Before that I did 30 mins Wii Fit and now I am going to go and do 20 mins C25K - Found my MP3 Player:)

Hey guys! still doing good... nothing to update since its the same thing every day pretty much lol. Some exciting news though i decided to try on some of my pre-preggo clothes from 5 years ago and had some success! I wrote a blurb about it in my journal if anyone wants the whole drawn out story, but i'm totally excited right now and had to share it with someone!

dont feel bad i havent been to many... i havent had as much time on the forum lately... i havent even been responding to most threads aside from this one... been mostly busy trying to get myself a bulldog pup!

With me when I am on the comp Im exhausted and i dont really use it that much...When Im tired and post, i make alot of typos and don tmake much sence...LOL
 
Appearantly my mp3 player was missign long enough to drain its battery, GGGRRR!Im startign to think Im not meant to start the C25K, LOL. I will start tomorrow after The Sun Run Clinic!

I think more than just the missing MP3 Player is keeping you from the C25K program... just DO IT! You're over thinking it!!! Don't get me wrong I let my mind get in the way more often than it should and yes there is always tomorrow... but there is also TODAY!!!

Hello Teamies!!

Just finished a 35 min run outdoors... it was warm enough to go out so Step me and the pooch headed out... It was a bit chilly at first but well worth it in the end. We did just over 2 miles and that included some walking and 2 count em 2 long hill sprints...we finished with a nice stretch.... and I wont lie the pooch is DEAD tired... ha ha ha... he is more of a sprinter than long distance. :)

Cals are low so far, considering just having ice cream for dinner... 1 cup is 240 cals... not bad if you ask me!!

Keep up the hard work ladies!!

No it isnt more than that, i lost my mp3 player I d/l the pod cast for a reason, so i dont need to time myself nad so im walked through the program, Ive already done 30 mins weight training, 30 mins yoga and 30 mins wii fit board, im not making excuses.Tomorrow I will start it after my jogging clinic.

I did 30 mins Yoga instead:)I like Yoga in the Wii Fit board as it makes you focus alot more on your core stability with needing to keep it in the yellow circle.My poses are increasing in greatness:)
