Sorry team I haven't posted much in here this week... I've been busy. Well I've been perfect with eating this week!! And I think I've got almost 11 hours of exercise in!! I'm still 30 mins short on strength training but I'll get that in tomorrow for sure!!
And other news thats really exciting!! My bra size went down from a 42DD to a 40D!!

Luckily it's all business expense. Park doesn't work today because it's too snowy to get anything real in. It has warmed up to 30 deg, which isn't too bad,though. 

Granted my period is almost over and I had been dieting and exercising way more throughout my luteal phase (the week before your period, you need more calories AND your ability to burn fat is heightened--but usually the appetite is so out of control that girls eat WAY more then)......still. It's mind boggling but all I can do is continue to diet and exercise until I get stable around this weight. Usually my weight goes up a few pounds when I'm ovulating--we'll see if that's the case this cycle.
I put my earplugs in and went back to bed. But I'll TRY for my exercise goals!
