Sorry team I haven't posted much in here this week... I've been busy. Well I've been perfect with eating this week!! And I think I've got almost 11 hours of exercise in!! I'm still 30 mins short on strength training but I'll get that in tomorrow for sure!!

And other news thats really exciting!! My bra size went down from a 42DD to a 40D!!

i have to weigh in today..i think i will weigh in at the 10:40 time so I dont sit here all day freaking out. Get it overwith and get on with my day!!! There is a line dance class I want to join but I think its like 60 bucks...I think thats alot...I mean I dont know how many weeks its for but I think it would be really really fun.....
 
Hey, Team. I don't know if I'll get the 5 bonus points this week. I went to the gym last night and it was closed early for some kind of promotional thing. They said that I could use the treadmill, but I didn't have my headphones and such so I skipped it. I got back to my car and thought about how much I still have to do for the challenge and turned around and did a half hour on the dreadmill, just for the challenge. :smash:

Today I still have to get a half hour in for the 100 points, but it shouldn't be a problem.

Way to make the effort last night Trops! I can't believe you turned around and went back. I don't know if I would have done that. 30mins today shouldn't be that bad. Go for it!!
 
Soooo just got home and all cleaned from the gym. Did an hour of cardio and 25 minutes of weights.

Puts me at 4 hours and 56 minutes (odd minute because of adding to arctrainer, haha. I'm sure I'm above five hours, but I'm going to work out tomorrow to get those four minutes for the bonus points :D )

Followed food plan so far this week, so it's in the baggggggggg.
Awesome!! 4 more mins ehh?? Our team is kicking ass...love it!!
 
My problem for the day is the kids are off from school and my wife is working, so I have them all day. There is babysitting at the gym, but only certain hours. I'm not sure what the morning hours are, but right now I'm trying to get them out of holiday mode and into going out mode. :smash:

Do you have an exercise tape you can throw in the DVD player? You could also just get on the floor and do a series of exercises right there at home such as push ups, crunches, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, jump rope, stretching. You could bust out 30 mins in no time!! Have the kids do it with you :)
 
I can't because my wife works out of the house and we have to be VERY quiet while she's working. :smash:

Can you go out to a park? Get some fresh air? Sucks you can't work out at home but I understand her needing some quiet time. If she isn't on the phone then have her throw in some earphones and listen to music. LOL I do it all the time at work because I share an office with 3 other people. I drown out the noise with Pandora streaming music.
 
I have logged so far for exercise, 420mins:DI still have 60 mins of Boot Camp tonight and I will also go to the gym early so I can use the Elliptical for 30 mins, at least that is my plan:)

Im proud of my exercise for this week.

Im gonna try to bust out as much as I can over this next 24 hrs...Im weighing in at 1.5 or so up:(So im gonna drink lots of water, and exercise as much as i can and then weigh myself tomorrow after I have my nap after working all night.

Last chance work out!! Love it!! Go girl! I'm so impressed by everyone's level of exercise this week. We are really motivated and getting out there and moving!!!

Wouldn't work. She's on the phone pretty much all day. If you saw our phone bill you'd drop. :svengo: Luckily it's all business expense. Park doesn't work today because it's too snowy to get anything real in. It has warmed up to 30 deg, which isn't too bad,though.

I did get to the gym. Babysitting was till noon, so I got a good hour in, which puts me a half hour over the 4 hours minimum. I know that if it wasn't for this challenge I would have taken off last night and this morning. :smash: I gotta keep up.

We're going ice skating this afternoon for about 2 hours. I might consider that to be worth a half hour cardio for what I need for the bonus. I'll see how intense it is. :party:
 
Hi Team! :waving:

I dropped an amazing amount of weight and blew my mind this morning with my weigh in--I gave myself the 10 points for Saturday and Sunday because the two days' average came out in my range :D I did Yoga and danced my ass off and learned a few breakdancing moves in my first class with my boyfriend--I still am getting a kick out of the fact that he went with me and enjoyed himself!

Anyway, my weight went from 144 lbs on Thursday to 142 lbs on Friday to 140.5 lbs on Sunday to 139.5 lbs this morning. :eek2: Granted my period is almost over and I had been dieting and exercising way more throughout my luteal phase (the week before your period, you need more calories AND your ability to burn fat is heightened--but usually the appetite is so out of control that girls eat WAY more then)......still. It's mind boggling but all I can do is continue to diet and exercise until I get stable around this weight. Usually my weight goes up a few pounds when I'm ovulating--we'll see if that's the case this cycle.

Today I planned on running at lunch break and taking Yoga 2-3 from 5:30-7, and Acroyoga from 7:30-9.....I'm a bit tired because I didn't sleep too well last night--my housemate got drunk and started shooting off his shotgun at 3 in the morning off our porch, haha! :smilielol5: I put my earplugs in and went back to bed. But I'll TRY for my exercise goals!

Just got home from the gym, hour of cardio and 20 mins of weights puts me well above five hours for getting the bonus points, yay!!

30 mins walk/jog on the treadmill, I have such a hard time running on the treadmill:(i think it would be easier outside...
maybe it is cus i have an old treadmill...

I am well above 5 hrs of exercise and wanna get in 30 mins of yoga before bootcamp for an hour and still hoping to get in 30 mins prior to exercise if I cant then I will prob stay...and go 30 mins afterwards if im not to exhausted, i think 30 before is easier, lol and i use to go 30 mins before and walk

Wow, I am so pleased for you Val and Karebare :). Losing weight is obviously the most important part of the whole challenge for us each on a personal level lol. Thanks to all those who got the extra bonus points, you took one for the team and we appreciate it.

I am proud of myself for sticking to my goals, even though I didn't get the bonus this week and I dont believe I've lost any weight. Grrrrrr. Positivity Claudia!! So this week I will try to get my range nearer to an average of 1600 calories per day than 1700, but I'm going to still be happy with myself if I dont exceed the 1700 calories and will give myself the points if I do so. I am slowly getting used to eating less, so the following week I will lower the calories to 1600/day as a must for points..eeeeeek.

I finished my 4 hours of exercise today with 30 minutes of weights and 15 minutes on the stair machine at the gym, and the last 15 minutes on the elliptical at home. I also got in my average 1 mile of walking too, but I dont count that for the challenge since just walking 1 to 2 few miles a day sure does nothing to control my weight :rolleyes:.

Dont forget to update your points by tomorrow. You can use today or tomorrow's weight in the scorecard.
