My girls B-day is Valantines day but taking her and her friends sat to for movie and eat out to good luck on your eating because I would have a hard time to Love mexican food
 
I have been up and down all week on my weight one day I weigh 161 another 159 then 160 so I dont know whats going on But I officialy weighed into day at my weigh in 160.4 so 1 lb from last week , I tell you its getting hard to make this scale move now . I guess when I was losing 3 to 5 lbs a week spoiled me when I first started lol .But I havent been working out like I was either on my gazzelle so I am to blame probably . I think I am going to try and quit my Diet caffeine free DR Peppers I think that might be keeping a lot of water weight on meAnd I always fill bloated after i drink one now So wont hurt to see if anything changes if I can quit .We went to a dinner for the fire department tonight and got to say I didnt do to bad had a little fried shrimp and some fried crawfish ( boy I sure would like me some Boiled crawfish right now wonder how fattening that is ) and some corn nuggets , and a salad . Could have been worst . well off to read some diarys .
 
sorry you didn't make your goal this week hun. Its ok, this comming week is a big week for both of us!!
 
Hey thought I needed to start making myself write what I eat I have been slipping bad on that and seems like I have not been losing like I was . So let me try and get back in the swing of things

B-nada
L- Heathy choice french bread pizza / salad ff thousand island dressing
D- grilled chicken breast with salad on the side
s-apple fruit cup
s-100 calorie pack chocolate chip cookies

And thats it More tomorrow!
 
Mm, that food sounds delicious, especially the grilled chicken breast. Apple fruit cup? Is that like chopped apple pieces in a cup? Lol.
 
Hmmmm ... skipping breakfast? I would faint if I tried that. Actually, I worked out on a somewhat empty stomach (I worked out when I would normally eat lunch) and I didn't feel too bad or eat too much when I did finally eat lunch. It felt pretty good, actually. Isn't it funny how you start to just get by w/ so much less food?

Ocire - They are actually apple carmel cre'me parfait low fat about 110 calories a cup It is sooooooooo good Its made by Dole .

MO2 - I have a bad habit of noteating Breakfast never have been a breakfast eater I do it lunch around 11:00 most days. then have some kind of snack around 3:00 then dinner is usually between 6 and 7 o'clock that evening , But the munchies usually hit me about 9 and ittakes a lot not to get some thing to munch on ( note to self need some Quaker snacks) I moved my Gazelle in the front room no excuse now that I cant get in there and exercise because Hubby wants to sleep.
 
Ok heres what I had today

No breakfast ( bad tammy )
lunch-Took my Birthday girl to here favorite mexican resturant and I had a childs taco salad and only ate half felt guilty
supper - roasted Italian chicken breast cut up in put in a salad with FF honey dijion dressing ( love that dressing )
had no snacks but did like the life with triple fudge icing on it LOL
fixing to get on my gazzele and work off that taco salad and do some weight s
 
Ok heres my intake for the day >
B-nada
L- salad with FF honey dijoin dressing no meat in this one
s- pineapple cream parfait
D- LC turkey and stuffing with green beans dinner
S - cup of triple fudge blue bell ice cream and nope it wasnt ff or reduce wish they would make this in one of them
and about 40 oz of water
did 25 min on gazzele and 20 min of light weights Going to try and get a Ab work out in befoer I go to bed and maybe 10 min on the gazzele if possible
So all in all not to bad even with the ice cream

That's quite a lot of water, good job. Water really fills ya up. Great work out, if the gazelle is what I think it is, wow. I can't stand it. 20 minutes of light weights, that's a long time. For me anyways. ^^ I look at like this, working out is never bad (unless done wrong) so even if you get in 3 minutes, at least you tried. :D It makes me feel better about myself ><

Good evening people. well heres my food for the day

B- hand full of fruit loops
L- Salad from pizza hut with my own dressing which is fat free
S- apple and carmel cre'me parfait
D- grilled chicken breast , Broccli ,squash,greenbeans,with red peppers, roll
s-fruit cup ( can you tell I like them
only got 15 min on the gazzele phone kept ringing and right now I am watching the movie Saw 2 while I am on here so maybe I might get some abs in later
So how has your day been ?

So it's a suspense? Interesting. I like those kind too. I think the last really scarey movie I watched was the Exorcism of Emily R. Creepy and scarey!

Have you seen any good scarey movies lately? Blockbuster is lacking any really good ones it seems that are new.

P.S. The movie The Cave isn't scarey at all if you havent seen it yet.
 
NOpe cant say that I have really seen any good scary ones ,seems that they dont make anygood ones any more . You would think with all the good graphics they have now they could really get a scary one out there . Yeah I seen the cave I considered it a dissapointment from the previews they should of it .
