Well tomorrow is weigh in day again I cant wait to see what the scale will say I hope good things
I am still eating about the same trying to keep my calories around 1200 and my fat under 30 grams
this is what I had today

L- lean cuisine veggie pizza/ with a 1/2 c 2 % cottage cheese
S- fruit cup
D- Crunchy Enchilada style Rice & Chicken 210 cal and 4 g of fat
S- apple parfait cup


I did 30 min on the gazzelle and a 10 min toning DVD that came with my scale that really does work some of them muscles:eek:

I got to say I am glad the holidays are over with I have one more dinner I will have to go to and that one is for My B- day Saturday
Man I am getting old :(

I have been reading about a challange can I join and how would I beable to do that ?

I am proud of myself I lost another 5.2 lbs since my last weigh in on the 21 of last month so not to bad at all sure better then what I thought I was going to do
Just had to share this with some one Thanks for being here . :p

Well I am still here just been busy running them roads and my ISP has been messing up getting kicked off more then I am on , Went yesterday for my weigh in only lost a pound but hey better then gaining one :D . My food hs pretty much been the same except today I did mess up a little bit I had a grilled chicken breast and it came with carrots and backed potatoe casserole ( Boy was it ever good the casserole and probably tons of fat and calories ) So I ate half of a lean cuisine lasagna kelsey ate the other half ) and I had to have a double fudge chocolate cake from SO so I will have to get on the ball tomorrow and watch my intake better I sure hope everyone has been doing good !

Mmm. Chocolate cake sounds good. Losing a pound is great! I know it may not seem like much but it all adds up, and you're right, at least you didn't gain anything. Good job. Looks like you are down 30lbs from your start weight! Amazing. Hope you have a good week. Your friend, MJ
 
Hey sweetie! I was wandering where you was! Your still doing awesome!! There for a while I only lost 1 lb a week and it is depressing but I just kept on going!! Hope you have a good weekend!

Hey everyone still here I get caught up in reading everyone elses diarys and all the club stuff that I forget to write in mine. I dont know about weight but I have lost a 1/2 inch more in my waist. So I guess I am doing good. Yesterday I worked raking leaves in the yard for about 2 hours my muscles in my arm are really sore today so I believe I am going to skip my work out today give them some healing time LOL . I did mess up today I ususally get a salad at a place we eat at well they didnt have any today so I broke down and go me a fried chicken breast and a small cup of potatoes and gravy but I am going to eat real lite tonight . I 'll pop in tonight and let you all know how it went .
 
Ok I am back with my food
B-none
L- 1/2 of a fried chicken breast ( I even ate the skin to ,bad Tammy )
S- handful of rice cake snacks
D- LC lasagna /1cup of 2% cottage cheese
S-fruit cup

So thats it I find that I have been slacking on writing down what I eat and I think it helps you when you write everything down so I am going to try my best to keep it up .

I've gotten really used to writing all my food and water down, I have a palm pilot that I just jot it all down in, and the great thing is I can go back and look at what I ate the week before. I noticed that with water- when I write it down I drink more, lol, go figure.
 
Hello everyone today was weigh in day down another pound Another pound closer to my goal is how I look at it, It is always better to see 2or 3,4,5, You know what I mean LOL .

B-O
L- grilled chicken salad FF dressing
S- 2% cottage cheese /baked doritoes (this is a good chip and Dip)
D- roasted rosemary herb chicken , roasted snap peas, potatoes, red peppers
Havent had any snacks so far but if I do it will probably be a fruit cup
And not nearly enough water ( please forgive me)

Hey sweetie! Sorry I haven't been around lately.. been so busy but I'm back now and here to cheer ya on!! Congrats on the loss, that is awesome! I alway's just seeing 1 lbs loss' But anything is better then a gain! Have a great day today!

Well this has been a all right week I did fairly good on my calorie intake ecept maybe today with the 1/2 of nachoes and the fried shrimp tonight but cant be good all the time now can you :D I still wish I could get myself to drink more water , I dont wantto depend on my ice eating habit to get my water intake I do like the flavored water but forget to buy it when I go to the store I did get my weight training in tonight but not the DVD like I had planned but I least I got one of them in . I need to kick it up a pace or two . I need to find a treadmill some where that wont cost me a arm and leg ( I would give them my love handles though for it think they will fall for that deal :p ) Well I guess this ole" gal is going to try and head to bed Hope your day was a good one and your night a even better one !
 
Hey there Sugar. I had some nachos this past weekend. I have a weakness for them. Mmmm

Have you noticed your teeth getting hairline fractures from the ice chewing? I used to do it too until my dentist told me what was up. Drinking water is a struggle sometimes. I had to buy little squeeze bottles and I refill them from a 5 gallon dispenser that I fill up at the water store. It helps to have them readily handy, at least I noticed it helps me get more down.
