Hey I ate breakfast this morning ,even if it was only dry cereal it was breakfast wasnt it .
 
Ok so I got a little breakfast in but no exercise except raking the yard and planting some flower sure better then nothing . I hope I do better in this next challenge I am stuck at the current weight I go up 2 lbs then back down 2 but never below 160 and I so much want to see the 50's But they dont want to see me . LOL So defiently need a big boost in the rearend to get me back going again .

B- cup of dry corn pops
L- a chicken salad from BK used my own dressing
s- fruit cup
D- Roasted chicken breast , baked sweet potatoe , salad
S- pineapple parfait cup
not sure how much water but No diet Dr pepper again thats 2 days in a row yippeeeee!
 
Looks like you did good today! I've always wanted to try the BK Chicken Fries, but not anymore! >< It's screw me in a heartbeat!
 
Ok Girl That Is It You Are Going To See Them 50's This Challenge Cause I Am Here To Make Sure Of It!!! And Raking Leaves And Planting Flowers Is Good Excercise But Lets Get Started On A Plan ! Dancing Jumping Jacks Walking Dont Matter As Long As You Excercise Girlfriend And Drink That Water I Will Read Your Diary And Brb Lol
 
Ok I Seen It You Have A Gazelle And Everything Stop Them Excuses And Get To Excercising No Pain No Gain!!! You Have To Get To Them 50's And Then Them 40's Come On You Know You Want It So Come On And Lets Go Fo It Rock Them Scales!!!!
 
Wow Thanks RD you know how to give some one the ambition to keep going , Where have you been all this time ? Well no breakfast this morning but I didnt get out of bed till 10:30 ( I know Lucky me ) And by the time I got up took a shower and all it was lunch time. So here is my intake for the day seems to help out a lot when you write it all down and see it in print .

B- nada
L- chicken salad /ff dressing not sure about the calories on this one
s- 100 calorie oreo snack packs ( U just got to love these)
D- Lean Cuisine grilled Chicken caesar ( first time I tried it and got to say I liked it )240 cal 7 g fat
S - Ok RD forgive me I had a 1/2 cup of sugar free blue bell great divide Ice Cream It was only 100 calories and 3 grams of fat so not to bad

Oh yeah How do you get a ticker on the bottom of your post
Going to get some weight sin in a few and some abs to waiting on everyone to go to bed 2 down 2 to go LOL

Ok heres the scoop today I ate good or I think I did And did a little bit of cardio watching fittv, it will do that to you recomend it to everyone that has it .I even made home made bisquits and fried deermeat and did not eat the first crumb That is amazing in itself. I go tomorrow for my weigh in at weight wise so wish me luck that I have at least lost the pound that I had gain from last week. So here is my intake for today

B-Orange
s-100 calorie pf of CC thin cookies
L- LC french bread pizza/cottage cheese
D- roasted italian chicken breast /1/2 cup of peas /salad with FF Honey dijon
s-heres the bad part cup of sugar free low fat blue bell great divide ice cream
Had about 4 glasses of crystal light water

So I hope that wasnt to bad and I will talk to you good people tomorrow God willing and the creeks dont rise

Ok heres my food for the day not as good as it should bebut not as bad as it could have been , I stayed on the roads most ofthe day so I wasnt home to eat lunch and then we went out to dinner this evening but oh well........

B-nada
L- roast beef subway sandwich lettuse, tomatoes, red onions, black olives, ff honey mustard dressing .no cheese no mayo
s-CC cookies 100 calorie pack
D- Me and my 3 year old split a Hamburger steak with a plain baked potatoe and a salad on the side with a hugh glass of water ( of courese I put in some of that lemondaid stuff the walmart kind (just like Crystal light but this one doesnt have no calories at all and is half the price of crstal light and taste just as good)
And nope no Snack tonight even though It was hard not to eat some ice cream when the kids was eating it in front of me. See Christinanva I didnt have any not even a tablespoon LOL

Ok here's what I did today I did a lot of raking in the yerd today and planted some more flowers It was just to pretty of a day to stay in this house , Didnt make it to the expo thingy but we did go to Ryans list what I ate in a min. I am wanting so bad to get my garden started so I hope to hook up the disk tomorrow and go plow me up a spot nothing beats homegrown veggies. Bought me some new pants tonight I have beeen wanting me some black jeans but it has been hard finding the right kind that I like I hate baggy jeans but I found me some tonight . Now if I could just find me some shirts I like All the ones they have out now is nothing I care for I am not a teeny bopper no more so I wish they would make some decent shirts for woman that dont want to act like they are 20 years younger then they really are . Ok I will quit my whinning and get with my food

B- handful of dry cornpops
L- nada ( to busy in the yard for that )
D- ryan Some shrimp half of a small steak (I had to eat some I havent had a steak in a longggggggg time , Broccli with ff ranch, 1 roll you just know you got to have one of them and I small bowl of sugar free jello oh yeah I had a couple of bites of a BBQ pork chop but just a couple of small pieces
so thats my story and I am sticking to it . sure hope you alls day was as good as mine was !
