I don't think I'm doing too well. I remember it being easier to lose weight last time I tried a few years ago. I'm eating better and less of it, and I'm excercising. I've lost basically 3 pounds and I've been holding steady for the past 3 days. I'm not sure what's going on but it's frustrating. :confused:
 
Happy Monday everyone! I spent Friday riding bikes for about 45min. Sat and Sun it rained.. and today I just got home from class! So hopefully tomorrow I will get out there and do something. As for the prank.. I taped a piece of paper to the bottom of the comp. mouse at work and so it took awhile for people to look and see what was wrong and why it wouldnt work. . . it said april fools! hahahaha
 
I did my 30 minutes with nature today during my walk outside, it was nice :) it really has been beautiful here lately, pretty soon though its going to get really hot :(
 
So does spending 45 minutes outside talking with the police count as my 30 minutes outside? Argh... sorry didn't get in the outside walk yesterday, some nut job decided to steal my mail & leave a skirt in my mailbox...left DVDs to go to netflix in the box, but took a letter that was headed to a friend that is deployed right now.... talk about pissed! I think I burned a million calories pacing & fuming....course then I ended up comforting last night with some red wine & chocolate... not a terrible amount though.

TODAY WILL BE A BETTER DAY.

I have to say i'm sorry to my whole team today...I"m doing REALLY REALLY bad all the sudden!!! I did GREAT for 2 mths and then all the sudden, my motivation is gone and I"m returning to my old eating habits...whats wrong w/ me????? I'm sorry guys, it's not going to be a great weigh in...but dont' give up on me, I'll catch up and put up a good loss for next weeks challenge.
 
I have faith in you newbride... so what if you blow it a few days... I know I'm not doing so great right now. Maybe we can be the ones that blow it away in the end & bringup the rear to this race... come flying out of no where to win it!

Hang in there Bazooka, every little bit counts!! The point is your losing and not gaining, so as long as the scale is going down all is good!! Just keep at it...

I know what you mean newbride. Sometimes for motivation, I will go try on something that used to fit. Actually trying to get into, gives me the extra motivation I need!!

Wow MG, I really don't understand people sometimes. I agree, chocalate always makes things better!!

Its only been 3 days!! Let it take it's course.. I know its hard.. for me too!! Just keep on going!
 
Well.. bikini babes.. sorry to say but I can't get outside this week!!! Its been in the 20's here in Indiana.. It sucks!!! Right now.. as I look out the window its snowing. and about 40mph winds.

Still been working it hard inside though. I just bought two new cardio dvds.. i'll try them out in a few. Sounds like everyone is doing pretty good.
 
My carb cravings got the best of me at dinner today. I had a baked potato and cereal :( I think my calories for the day are still ok though, and I dont feel like I am losing it or anything, i've just been eating too many carbs lately (the bad carbs). I'm pretty sure I have had cereal at dinner almost every night this week.
 
Thanks for the encouragement you two. I'm still holding steady. To make matters worse, today I was on my butt all day at work so no excercise there. I have to be back early tomorrow for more of the same too.
