Missed my 169 goal by 5 lbs..Can't wait to see the rest of the teams results we all kicked butt!! Tammy:)
 
Dang it, I went out to eat yesterday with some friends and was really bad (fried stuff galore). I know I lost weight this week and I know that one meal didnt make me gain it all back, but I think the salt and stuff in that one meal is making me retain water.....ugh!
