Good Morning Ya'll!!!! So far so Good this morning. I had breakfast and ate off the salad plates, I also had a small piece off candy :p Very small I promise. I got a sweet tooth. I am going to make me some decaf coffe to help my sweet tooth.

What is the difference between decaf and regular, is decaf better than regular???

Well, yesterday I did too billy Blanks workouts. I have that Exercise on demand channel, So I did to segments of 15 min. and another segment on butts & thighs which was 11 min. I am sore today and I love it. It's been a while since I have done anything.

hey team,

sorry i haven't been online in awhile... my internet has been down...

anyway, i'm getting back on track after my small gain... i gotta say i'm feeling a little defeated because it just seems like the weight is not coming off... but i just got back from a great workout this morning... the week always starts off good and then i taper off throughout the week... so please keep me accountable!! i'll check in everyday to let you know how my workouts are going....

glad everyone else seems to be doing so well!!

Howdy Team well sorry everyone I had a BAD 4 days so I gained 6 but I promise I will do alot better this week and the weeks to come.I feel better now that I got that all out in the open!
CONGRATS BAZOOKA UNDER A LB AND GOT TO EAT lol only I could dream that could have happened to me lol.

Okay babes! I need some serious weight advice. The past week.. I have gained 2 pounds! I don't know whats wrong? I have been eating good and exercising everyday. I'm really confused and getting to that point that everyone gets to.. like what the heck am i doing.. its not working! I dont want to give up .. but i dont know what to change. HELP!

Are you counting calories? if you are and you are in a deficit, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. There are a lot of possibilities as to why you could be up 2lbs (is TOM coming?). Give it another week and if you dont see the number go down then I would re-assess what you are doing, but if you think you are doing everything okay right now, then dont worry yourself too much over it. :)

I thought about TOM but he just left.. and that was when I weighed my least! I am down a pound again today.. so I dont know what it could have been. I stoped eating 2 pieces of toast yesterday and I think I will keep it that way.. only one piece of bread in the morning!

Don't sweat it yogabooty, it sounds like you pay very close attention to what you are eating. My weight fluctuates a little everyday. I am sure it will all turn out okay....Just keep at it and don't give up!!

By the way, I just noticed its Friday the 13th!! Hope everyone makes it through with nothing bad happening!!

I cant believe I actually lost this week. I had everything working against me: not much exercise, TOM coming any day, and I ate A LOT more than I usually do. I only lost 1.4lbs, but I was fully prepared for staying the same this week or possibly even gaining. It feels really good though cause now I am inspired more to have a better week this week and have some big losses!
 
April 18 is International Jugglers Day - so Challenge 1 this week is going to practice for 10 minutes a day and :) Start with 3 pairs of socks so you won't hurt yourself :)

Challenge 2 will also be to try something new this week, at least twice... try a vegetable, a fruit, a piece of fish, a spice, a grain - something you haven't tried before.. .Try it and report in...

Don't forget to update your origijnal post with the weights and the asterisks for the weekly challenges
 
Lol I don't think I would use anything else besides socks.
This should be fun. I know for a few of us including myself
we have had not the best week but with easter gone and warmer
weather approaching it gets you in the mood to get out and do something!

Juggling!?!?! Oh gosh. okay i'll try it! I hope everyone is doing good and better now that all the easter candy should be gone! Just to let everyone know.. I should be down tomorrrow. I think the plataue is over! Whoo! That was close! LoL hate those things.

Hey everybody,

Hope you all had a fanastic weekend! I got a head start on my spring cleaning and spent a lot of time outdoors playing. I did a bit of running Sunday (playing soocer and tag, with my son). It felt great. I'm hoping to keep it up and start into a running routine. Also got the bike out this weekend and took the boy for a tour. I remeber last spring hookign up the bike and trailer, and having a hell of a time bike with him. But this year with the weight loss and being a bit more active, it's wasn't so bad. Even with his added weight! Hoping to bike with him and play soccer every weekend - weather permitting.

I really slacked on the water intake this weekend and ate way to much chocolate - thank god it's almost gone! I also bought a bottle of wine - tisk, tisk!

Anyhow, hoping for a better week with the challenges. Will try to juggle tonight. My husband will think I'm crazy! I still need to think of something new to try - hey wait ......... JUGGLING!

Well I had a great weekend I stayed home so no food temptations I was sick Saturday and I still feel achey.Lol I tried balled up socks and also my son has these balls that came with his blow up bouncy well I managed very slowly but I couldn't do it fast lol put it this way I won't be showing up at any kids b-day party as a juggler but I did try so do I get a * for trying about 15 minutes? Tammy

I tried the juggling, if you could call it that. I used a stress ball and my lip chap. I know it's only 2 things, but I need to work up to three. Certainly seems to be a bit of a stress reliever. May go for 3 today, if I can find something else to juggle at work.:D
 
Hello bikini Babes!!! How ya'll doing? Well yesterday I went fo r a 435 min walk and the day before I did nothing and the day before taht I did my tae-bo bootcamp. Today I am going to do my tae-bo boot camp agian. Well, ya'll have a WOnderful Weekend. Stay positive and drink your WATER!!!:D
 
Ok gang, I'm back... still working on getting the laptop back to where it needs to be, but after a new motherboard, hard drive & adaptor... I'm functioning again.

Have to admit that there has been a LOT going on & I have fallen off the wagon so to speak with not having this support & being accountable. But past is past & its time to kick it into gear.

So juggling?!? Ug... can't say I'm going to be very good at this one, but it certainly is some new movement & I'm going to try.

Hope everyone is doing great & look forward to catching up with everyone.
