bazooka: focus on the progress you've made! just do the best you can with what you have!
i'm feeling not so good myself... work has been crazy, and yesterday i worked from 8am-10pm... my meeting ran later than i thought it would... and during the day there was NOTHING healthy for me to eat.... so i didn't eat anything... there was only lasagna and other rich pasta dishes at this place around the corner from my work... and i just didn't want to eat it... and so i just waited until dinner time... and then when i went to my meeting, they ordered pizza..so i had 2 slices... and now i'm up a pound...
i'm so tired this morning i just couldn't wake myself up to go to the gym and now ijust feel like crap... BLAH....
but it's a new day, and even though today's another long day, i'm going to make the best of it.... i hate days like today though because there is no time before or after work to work out... my work is a 1.5-2hour drive from home... it's just discouraging sometimes because i want to make time so badly, but there are just some weeks i can't do it... and i feel like i just can't get started up.... like everytime i have a good 1-2 weeks of consistent workouts, i'll have a week where i can only go once...
i bought some free weights for the home so i can do some arm curls and such... there is NO room in my room (i live with my fiance) to do any sort of pilates or exercise videos... our room is TINY. i wish i could do them in the living room except he has 2 cats and i am highly allergic... i moved into his house with his mom and sister, and we're trying to save money for our own place, but until then i'm stuck in this cat house where i can't hang out anywhere but our tiny room... lol... but i WILL find a way to make this work...
like i always tell everyone else, i just have to focus on what i CAN do...
