i'm feeling not so good myself... work has been crazy, and yesterday i worked from 8am-10pm... my meeting ran later than i thought it would... and during the day there was NOTHING healthy for me to eat.... so i didn't eat anything... there was only lasagna and other rich pasta dishes at this place around the corner from my work... and i just didn't want to eat it... and so i just waited until dinner time... and then when i went to my meeting, they ordered pizza..so i had 2 slices... and now i'm up a pound... :(

i'm so tired this morning i just couldn't wake myself up to go to the gym and now ijust feel like crap... BLAH....

but it's a new day, and even though today's another long day, i'm going to make the best of it.... i hate days like today though because there is no time before or after work to work out... my work is a 1.5-2hour drive from home... it's just discouraging sometimes because i want to make time so badly, but there are just some weeks i can't do it... and i feel like i just can't get started up.... like everytime i have a good 1-2 weeks of consistent workouts, i'll have a week where i can only go once...

i bought some free weights for the home so i can do some arm curls and such... there is NO room in my room (i live with my fiance) to do any sort of pilates or exercise videos... our room is TINY. i wish i could do them in the living room except he has 2 cats and i am highly allergic... i moved into his house with his mom and sister, and we're trying to save money for our own place, but until then i'm stuck in this cat house where i can't hang out anywhere but our tiny room... lol... but i WILL find a way to make this work...

like i always tell everyone else, i just have to focus on what i CAN do...

but i needed to vent... :D so THANKS!

Sorry I haven't been around. Work has been hectic, and I've had to be out of the office. Hopefully, we will get back to normal next week.

I will be away from the computer until Monday, so everyone have a great weekend. Stay strong - don't let the Easter Bunny get you! I think he has already gotten to me - I can't stop craving chocolate! :eek:
 
Well.. bikini babes.. sorry to say but I can't get outside this week!!! Its been in the 20's here in Indiana.. It sucks!!! Right now.. as I look out the window its snowing. and about 40mph winds.

Still been working it hard inside though. I just bought two new cardio dvds.. i'll try them out in a few. Sounds like everyone is doing pretty good.

I am in KY we went from 80 degrees on tues to 20's-30's weds with 20 mile per hour winds brrrrr I managed to get a 2 mile walk in but I couldn't feel my ears when I got home,lol good luck team "STAY STRONG WE CAN DO THIS TAMMY:)
 
yea, it litterally went from 80 and wonderful to snowy and 25 the next day!!! ugh!

so, i guess the outside challenge won't be a hit?

I finally got my act back together...doing great again, but i won't have any weight off this time...i PROMISE to have a big loss next week!!!
 
I'm amazed at nature yet again with this quick turn of the temps! We also had the high 80s recently & then Saturday night (the one night I was hoping to get out for a friends birthday!) its is going to be below freezing!!! Jeez.

Got some outside time in yesterday walking 1.5 miles.... doubt that will happen today!
 
I'm in Texas, so our "low" temperature we have now is about 60 degrees during the day (though it does get down to about 40 at night). It was getting too hot here before we had this cold front, so I will probably be outside more now!

So girls, happy friday to ya'll. How'd we all do?? I cannot report a loss this week, but on the good side, i did manage to take off the 2 pds I gained, so I do'tn have to report a gain at least. I promise to start having some good numbers the rest of the challenge!!

So whats everones' easter plans?? I'm going to MIL"s house...should be fun, I'm one of the lucky ones to get a bunch of great in laws. I am nervous about the dinner though. Last weeks "day off" turned into 4 and I don't need that again!!! I'll just have to keep reminding myself of how last week turned out and try my darnest to advoid that this week!

Keep going Bikini Babes!!! We still have 5 wks to kick butt!!!
 
Nice SN!! I was doing not so good until past two days. So I stopped excercising due to getting home late from work and I lost a few pounds....not sure how that works but I like it! :D Down 3.5 pounds for the week. Oh wait, I still have two days to ago. I better be good.

sorry to let y'all down!! i'm up 0.2 pounds... i know it's not much but i should've been down... this week was unexpectedly busy, and i just wasn't prepared with the right foods... i didn't do any grocery shopping and sorta gave up at the end of the week... but it's a new week right?? ....

i just gotta do it...

Hey Ya'll!!! I am the most terrrible person for not posting :eek: Please forgive me. Goodness, it seems that I have no time for anything when it comes to myself. There is not enough hours in a day :p Well, this week really did suck a** !!! I had no work out and gianed 3 pounds :eek: I wanted to die. I still want to die. I know this will defentily motivate me this week. I am gonna do some pilates and a ab workout tonight.

I have not done any waliking, SORRY! I did do one prank! Hope ya'll forgive me and I will be here next week. Stay Positive and make sure you drink your WATER!!!!:D

JB88...don't be so hard on yourself hun...its ok. We all have our good and bad weeks...I had an AWFUL week last week...just pick up and move on, thats all you can do!

Lose...great job on the loss!!

Something New...not sure if it matters too much, as long as its 7 dys. What I mean is, My weigh in days are on fridays, so thats when I start the new weekly challenge...but some members weigh in on mondays and thats when you guys start your weekly challenge.

How'd we all survive our Easter weekend??? I didnt' do as bad as expected and only gained 1 pd. I expect to have that and more off by friday! I'm REALLY gonna step things up this week!
 
Good grief. I overloaded on food this weekend as I usually do on Easter. My weigh-in actually still put me a pound under so any loss is a good one considering. Even more shocking, I was down another pound this morning from yesterday. That first bout of excercise I did last week must have really super-charged my meta-b because I haven't done anything in 5 days. :cool:
 
Hey Everyone,

Enjoyed Estaer a little to much. Fell off the wagon, in all directions. Back on board today. Have even started drinking lots of water again.
