LOL, they are our powerblocks....dumbells.



We don't have a whole lot of room in our gym, so we went for a set that was compact :D

Oh, and the tattoo. It's two intertwining rose vines. They wrap but, never meet in the back. It signifies being with someone...

Well that "time of the month" decided to vist...I know......but it effects my workouts, so you'll notice that my numbers have dropped quite a bit. I just can't seem to muster the strength. Use to be that I would just skip working out for a few days, but I thought I would try to push thru it....


So, todays workout:

Chest, Triceps and Abs

Crunches

Vertical leg raises
4x25

(DB) Bench press
1x15 15lbs
1x12 20lbs
1x9 20lbs
1x8 20lbs

(DB) Flies
1x12 10lbs
1x8 15lbs
1x5 15lbs

(DB) Incline bench press
1x10 20lbs
3x10 15lbs

(DB) decline bench press
1x12 10lbs
2x10 15lbs

(DB) tricep kickbacks

(DB) skull crushers

I was shooting for two more exercises when my arm just gave up. :( Tore all 3 tendons in my arm a few years back. Most of the time it doesn't affect me enough to make me stop, today it just slammed me. But I iced it and will go forth tomorrow :cool3:
