don't bend your arm in so tight, and flex, then we can see either end of the bicept, it will show better.

and lets see from the back. maybe do a single arm and a double arm.

I can't see what I'm doing!...lol I will have to see if hubby can help me and take a few better pics. It's hit and miss when I use the timer....:) My forearms are probably big, because my kids are yankin' on me all the time! and I pick them up *a lot* one weighs 84 lbs, the other is 64 lbs.

You're doing great. I was actually complementing you. I don't know why FF has flown off his rocker I didn't even comment on his "bicept remark". NLL your shoulders are great many guys in the gym haven't got those.

I wasn't offended. I was talkin' with ya. (hence the :p and the :cool3: smilies) I was just being honest. I haven't changed anything. My husband works out with me, and he helped me create our routine. I *know* my weights aren't heavy to some, but they are heavy for me. I have trouble stabilizing the dumbbells, so I can't push too much weight...yet :cool3:

I'm working on my form and also trying to lift as heavy as I can. :D
