well for the last week this hamster has been inconsistently on the exercise wheel.

As winter is approaching we have been dealing with "winterizing" our home. We are also in the middle of buying a new SUV. After planning to get a Jeep 4-door wrangler, we find that they are stopping production on them :( Luckily we had been researching all our options, and I decided I would be good with a Subaru Forester. Subaru's are use A LOT around here, because they are the best vehicle for the all weather driving.

So the exercise has been here and there where we could fit it in. I'm hoping in this next week we will be done with the big things and able to get our routine back at the top of our "to do" list.

It's time to lock the cage and get that wheel spinning again!

We'll be exercising later today, I'll be back to record it......

Well thought I should stop in here and write a quick note. Been dealing with sick kids for a couple of days, and the workouts have been put on the sidelines till we can get them better. Nothing like a lot of vomit to keep you busy...lol:eek:

One seems to have turned a corner last night, but the other was still suffering. Hopefully they will be feeling better, and this will be gone by the end of today .....

Not sure if we will get a chance to workout today. Having to go thru and clean out the garage, go to the dump, and make room for the boat, so I can put my new car in the carport.

If not later, then tomorrow....

Thanks :) Kids are at home. Sunday they seemed ok, so we tried sending them to school yesterday and one got sick, so back at home :(

Because I had to go get them early, we didn't finish all the work. Got the garage clean, and got the boat in it, but still have to do a dump run.

We are doing weights today, but keeping it moderate as we are both sore from all the work we did yesterday cleaning the garage. No running for me anyway.

Also going to pick up a weight tree for the 500+ lbs of weights we got the other day and now have in our gym, a jump rope for another form of cardio, and some medicine balls.

I'm debating surprising my hubby with that Powertec smith machine w/ the lat tower. With all the weights, we can't use our pathetic weider (yippie!.. hate that thing really...)

Think he'd like that?
