Well, our machine arrived today. Lousy bum left it on the drive...in the rain... for me to haul into the gym...(so chivalric of him ) So I had to drag the 5 boxes, 500+ pound machine, into our gym by myself...
Hopefully it will be put together tomorrow and we'll be working out again Wednesday!

So far so good...the hard part is still to come Well we are assembling. A bit slow but coming along. I think the kids being home sick is making it a little slower, but I think by the end of the day, it will be complete
We got the weight rack, and the roller smith together, we just have to finish the lat tower attachment and we can clean up!

Well, this is exactly what I am planning to buy in the next year:
I had to go get my plates and tabs this morning for my car, and the Subaru dealer near me has just started also dealing in Triumphs! Was looking for one of these, but now, I can go back to the same place and get it!

Cool bike!! yup, sweet!
The adjustable DB's work fine, but we also have the Oly dumbbell handles now, so we can use the free weights.
There were exercises that were awkward.....Umm well yah...
