Progress on the tattoo or weights???? lol

On the tattoo my next apt is for Nov. 1st. The artist is on vacation for a bit. We are having one more art consultation before we get started. He needed to make adjustments to the piece because chest pieces are usually shaped in a triangular shape due to our bodies angles, and the original drawing was too rectangular. However, he then proceeded to re-sketch the image right there while we talked. It looked *perfect*. :D

He is going to clean it up, make a few changes we discussed, and that is what the next consult is for. Depending on his schedule and mine, I will either get it done in before Christmas, or in Jan. He does a lot of black and grey work, so his plan is to do it with the black and grey in one sitting (5 hours) then, add the color after it heals (about a month later).

As for weights, slowly but surely. Doing low weights, lots of reps and working my way up :)

Good job on sprinting up mountains with the treadmill. Are you preparing your escape from an imminent laharr?:cheeky2:

well, I can't *run* so I have to do something to challenge myself....I started out with 4% and 4mph and kept climbing cause there is only so fast you can walk! LOL

I do occasionally "jog" it a little, but I just kept increasing the incline. Top I have hit was 15%, but it wasn't for the whole time...13% is the top for the whole hour. Typically around 12%...My incline goes to 30% so I have still more climbing to do!!!! :cool3:
