1 scoop of Basil Orzo Pasta
1 serving of North Carolina BBQ Pork

1 Piece of Fried Veal Marsala
1 Serving of Thai Chicken Stir-Fry
Had an unfinished bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios with skim milk
1 glass of orange juice

NEWS - This week I have been awfully busy with testing - (three big test, three days time). And so Im preparing to goto the gym sometime this weekend or next week definitely.... Hmmmm..... It's wierd, these tests seems to be coming to me like bullet-trains....
 
I know how you feel-this time of the semester everything just piles up and hits you like a bad dream-I can't wait for summer!

2 Helpings of Chicken Thai Stirfry
1 Salad with Italian and the usual

Whatd you guys think of that? They said the Bean for the burrito was 150 calories...

Some rice with shrimps, peppers, and beef specks....

Some Sips of Sprite

NEWS-It seems that when I go back home, I feel the need to indulge a bit. Tonight I will go a bit light though....
 
Break starts on the 21st and goes for a week, I think Im going to LA Fitness then and workout.

As for tonights dinner, I had rice with veggies, shrimp, and pasta mix together... Had some orange juice....

Ooh, I used to love Orange Soda...but not as much as I loved Dr. Pepper. Now I just stick to Diet Cherry Pepsi. Looks like you're doing pretty good-one slice of pizza with the grease blotted off and a salad is a perfectly acceptable meal. I had a real turmoil with myself about that one, but as long as you keep everything in moderation you're doing good. Two thumbs up!

1 Scoop of Pacific Seafood Bake
1 Bowl of Pasta with Marinarra

1 Salad with Italian and the usual
2 Glasses of Powerade Lime
2 Bagels with Peanut Butter
1 Bowl of Kellogg's Special-K with skim milk

1 Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap
1 serving Hungarian Pork Goulash
2 servings Buttered Egg Noodles

Regular Quiznos Turkey Lite Sub
1 cup of Clam Chowder

Excercise
Went to 1 hour on the Elecptical Bicycle (burned around 600 calories)
Worked about 1 hour on weights and upper body
What a workout! :p
