Went to a buffet - and this time I made sure I didnt stuff myself
So after some meats, rice, veggies, sushi, watermelon, oranges, etc, I felt quite proud I didnt over do it

Workout
1 hour on eleptical as usual
worked on weights through the arm

Dinner
Canned fish, with Korean Hot-Pot and rice
 
It feels like forever since my last entry - probably cause I was on vacation at Myrtle Beach :p . While there I saw everyone in swim suits looking so fine, that boosted my determination to get back into shape... As for my diet, I can say I whole-heartly ate a vacation paradise-amount of food.... Went to buffets and steak-houses galore! It was really nice, and I even managed to kick some exercising into it too by working out at the little workout area in my hotels gym. One thing though - no internet :mad: ! Well Im back and revitalized, and getting back to work... Somehow, someway, I will get back into a healthy lean, mean, man-machine!
 
Welcome back! Sounds like you had fun on your vacation....that vacation food will get you EVERY time tho. hehe.

NEWS- Seriously I dont see how it's possible these modifiers in the video are able to keep perfect balance and timing with the pilates workouts.... I have a hard-time keeping up with them....
