1/2 cup of hot cocoa with marshmellows
1 bowl of frozen fruits

Sweet and Sour Chicken
1 Bottle of Apple Juice

1 Regular Quiznos Smoke Sienna Turkey Sub
1 bowl of clam chowder
.5 glass of diet Mountain Dew
1 Bag of Sun Chips

Went to Juniors and had a fish filet sandwich
1 potato salad

Dinner (Here's where I fudged a lot today) :mad:
2 Slices of Hamburger Pizza
1 Bowl of Frozen Fruits
1 Bagel Pizza
1 Serving of Rice with Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 Beef Burrito with everything on it
1 glass of orange juice
1 glass of milk

1 Taco with beans and meat

NEWS - This is the last week before Finals Week and after that Im done with Spring Semester classes... Afterwards I have one week before Summer School starts, but I plan to include a rigid diet and exercise plan...

had a outside party before finals and ate some cotton candy, pizza, and chocolate ice cream - not the healthiest of sorts, but I guess since this is the last week before finals and break....

Thanks amomono! Im excited and nervous! These finals are a pain, but I hope I can survive.

I have decided to try this Special-K program in 7 days... When Im done with finals... hopefully this program plus a robust exercising routine would get me back on track.... :)

NEWS - FINALS ARE OVER! IM DONE AND SPENT! I need to relax and enjoy the air, before summer school starts! Oh tis another beautiful summer to begin, and moving back home was such a tremedous effort...

Thanks smiley :) . Well I decided to start this Special-K diet on Monday.... So far here's my plan. Eat a hearty and fullfilling breakfast, then for lunch and dinner substitute with a bowl of kellogg's special-k and salad with italian... And most importantly in between eat snacks so I won't feel ravenshingly hungry....
 
Sounds good :) hope it all goes well for you, keep us posted on your progress :)drink your water and eat lots of healthy snacks (like fruits and veggies to balance out your day :D )good luck
