4.5 Sheets of Graham Crackers..... 630 calories! :mad:

I cant believe after I ate it, I calculated 630 calories! I was just really hungry, and needed something that fills, so I choose crackers.....But now I feel extra terrible about this!

Worked out on abs, and tried doing weights, but was not very successful

NEWS-I think Im sick with a virus or something.... I have a slight fever, and my body is lacking energy, Went to the doctor and they said it was a type of allergy virus that was spreading around the campus.... So I slept most of today... As for dinner, I needed some energy and drank lots of water.

1 chicken patti with lettuce and ketchup
2 corn on the cobs
some bites of curly fries with ketchup
2 glasses of powerade!

Thanks... Im feeling better now.... I have one problem with my pilates... I dont know how to take the video to work out in the gym. We dont have a computer or tv there that I can use.... Should I just memorize the routine and try it later in the gym through memory?

Wingnuts Honey BBQ chicken with fries and ketchup ----- very filled, but a bit dissapointed on today's diet

NEWS - Today's choices were not the healthiest of choices, but I guess someday's I just need to indulge. Tommorow however, Im going back to a more rigid diet schedule.

I'm not sure what to do about the video in the gym.... Perhaps you could see if they ahve any classes? it might be an alternative to that... or learn it and try to do it yourself. I hope that you get it to work out.
 
Thanks amomono.... I think I'll just join my gym pilates class next semester.. (right now it's already half-way over)
