One Bowl of Special-Mix Raisan Bran Cereal with Water and Vitamins (Mom made it :p)

Lunch
Went out to eat in a Asian Buffet, and had quite a lot - so many to list...
Fried Yellow Veggie Rice with Honey Chicken and General Tso's Chicken...
One Cheese clam and some mini-wrapped hot dog bites... Among other things...

NEWS - Well it looks like I finally got my first car, but driving it is a whole 'nother story. My parents were really freaking out when I was simply driving to a grocery story and such - especially Mom... She was like :eek: --- 'you're going to get off the road - focus! --- And I was like :confused: - what did I do wrong? Oh well that parents I guess :p .

I went to LA Fitness today and went one hour on the Eleptical Cross-Trainer.... Burnered around 600+ calories, and worked up a good sweat, plus had my heart rate average 159 bps.... And that was it...

Dinner
Felt a little too stuffed from lunch, so I just had some fruits...
 
it sounds like you are doing great =) it's good that you are listening to your body and not forcing yourself to eat. sometimes simply having some fruit after a long workout is good =)

Leftovers from Lunch as well as a new chicken dish....

Workout
Went to LA Fitness and worked about 40 minutes on the eleptical machine - worked out quite a sweat, but then had to go pickup my dad.... Good workout though ;)

Worked out 1 hour on eleptical machine and burned 670 calories at average heart rate of 156 bpm
Worked out on weights and abs

2 servings of Stoffer's Lasagna from the Lasagna Club
2 Creme Pies
1 Cup of Ice Sweet Tea

NEWS - I have gotten some Winsor Pilates videos, and will promptly watch it and try to utilize it on my next workout session - these flabby abs must go!!!!
